You don't need a super equipment to make a good sourdough bread!

It was a fascinating masterclass in which Anna shared tips and suggestions for creating and maintaining a strong sourdough starter.
After this free Masterclass, I decided to enroll in the "Sourdough Craft Workshop," and now I can dive into many interesting video lessons and other excellent documents provided for the class, what a joy! Thank you Anna!

Anna is a wonderful baker and educator

Anna is so very knowledgeable and a wonderful teacher.
She shares all her knowledge with a smile.
Her recipes as well are shared and explained so very thoroughly.
My ability to bake sourdough products has improved greatly under her tutelage!!

Professional presentation

I have engaged with the staff at OhMyBread and have found them to be highly professional and courteous.
My beginner status and initial misgivings were easily and calmly handled with a level of service I wish all businesses operated with.

I've reviewed the Sweet Breads tutorials and they are comprehensive and incredibly detailed.
The lessons on how to create and baby the starter are beautifully in-depth and seem to account for every eventuality, and the lessons only get better from there.

I strongly recommend reaching out to the OhMyBread team with any questions; their response-time is phenomenal and their detailed and considered advice will set you up in exactly the right way to begin your sourdough journey.

I recommend focusing on the starter - it's the heart of the recipes and as you learn how to build the starter, you will understand why this sourdough process can deliver results.

If you live in a colder climate, I recommend investing in a method to create a stable environment to remove the frustration of temperature swings.

Wonderful experience learning to bake…

Wonderful experience learning to bake sourdough with Anna. Her explanation was helpful, compact with everything she learnt by hardship and shared generously to everyone of her student. Thanks again to Anna, a great mentor and teacher.

Absolutely excellent

Absolutely excellent, in depth explanation. Anna is really a good teacher. I have already been baking many years and already understood how to use sourdough and still leveled up a notch from different techniques and perspective.

Grateful to Anna and the team!

I just love how Anna talks about baking! She inspired me to start and I am grateful for that. I started with burger buns (Burgers Workshop) and now I am baking almost every day. Go sourdough! :) Videos are really detailed and of great quality. Thinking of joining pizza workshop because I've never heard that it was done with sourdough anywhere else. So thank you, OMB!

Amazing workshop and great teacher

Being a beginner in baking and sourdough baking in particular, after watching and trying Anna's free material I decided to give it a try and purchased Pizza workshop.
Anna is not only a very nice and generous person but a great teacher who can explain complicated process in simple words. The videos are short and easy to follow, the guides and text explanations are also very useful and well organized.
My family and I are in love with Italian kitchen and we are happy that now we can have it from scratch at home.

Great experience!

Anna thank you so much for your step by step course! It was very well laid out and very easy to follow! It was my first time baking sourdough bread. I wanted to challenge myself with learning something new . I learned so much ! The best part was how I fell in love with the process and the results were a pure joy. The bread is delicious and looking forward to making more. I would recommend this course.

Not so simple but thrilling

As a busy mom with two little ones running around, I never thought I'd have the time to bake my own bread. But then I learned about the health benefits of sourdough and the convenience of baking it at home, so I decided to give it a shot. That's when I stumbled upon the Sourdough Craft Workshop, and boy was it a game changer. Anna, is incredibly warm and friendly, and the materials she provided were so easy to understand. I loved how she broke down each step and explained the science behind it all.

My loaf became perfect not on the first try, and for me it was not so simple. But the troubleshooting advice helped me figure out where I went wrong and how to fix it. Now, I'm thrilled to say that I can make delicious, healthy, homemade bread for my family that we all adore. So I will go on improving my sourdough baking skills.

Thanks to the Sourdough Craft Workshop

Thanks to the Sourdough Craft Workshop, I was able to overcome my fear of baking bread. Before the workshop, I had no experience in baking and found the process daunting. However, with Annas step-by-step guidance and excellent materials, I gained the confidence to give it a try. Even though my first attempt didnt turn out perfectly, the troubleshooting advice and detailed instructions helped me adjust my technique and create the most delicious sourdough bread. My family is now hooked, and we bake fresh bread every week. Im grateful to Anna for sharing her expertise and making sourdough baking accessible to everyone.

Amazing experience with sourdough

Hello! My name is Liudmila, and I'm over 60 years old. I'm currently in the USA, helping my daughter raise her children. Six years ago, while attending various nutrition programs, I learned about the effects of gluten, industrial yeast, and additives commonly found in store-bought bread, which led me to make the decision to stop eating it. However, my family loves bread, and since sourdough loaves are expensive in this area, I decided to learn how to bake my own bread after discovering Anna's Instagram page. I wanted to create joyful homemade bread that would bring my family together and become a cherished memory for my children and grandchildren.

I had some difficulties with my first bread, but I was persistent and with the help of the troubleshooting section, I improved the results. And when my bread finally turned out well, it was so springy and flavorful that tears of joy streamed down my face! My bread can be sliced thinly without crumbling, and I enjoy every piece. My family loves it so much that it disappears within a day. My husband covers it with a towel as his mother did, and the children take it to school for sandwiches. We don't limit how much bread they can eat, but they don't overindulge.

I have never tasted such delightful fermented pancakes made from sourdough before! I'm thrilled to participate in Anna's bread baking course, and my bread-baking skills are improving rapidly thanks to her. Each time I bake, my bread becomes more flavorful and aromatic.

Super-school, inspiring teacher!

I'm a housewife living in Austria with my husband and two children. To me, baking bread has always seemed like real magic, but I thought it was too difficult and time-consuming. However, I wanted to feed my family healthy bread, so I took on the challenge of learning to bake.
Before meeting Anna, I had never baked bread, but cooking has always been my inspiration and relaxation. When I baked my first loaf, I was overjoyed! I had created delicious, healthy bread with my own hands in my kitchen – it felt like a miracle! That feeling still lingers every time I take a fresh loaf out of the oven. My friends, neighbors, and family all love my bread and are delighted with the taste.
I'm happy to share my experience as a beginner who has mastered rye bread from scratch. Anna's lessons and videos are so detailed and clear that it's nearly impossible not to learn and understand. Anna truly has the gift of teaching!

Awesome workshop

Awesome workshop! Following Anna’s instructions is a breeze. I loved learning about various bread shapes and found the materials super helpful. No need to rewatch lessons if you forget something. Handling starter and dough is now a piece of cake, thanks to detailed tutorials. Cant wait for my next course

My first bread

Hello everyone.
My name is Yulia , I am 45 years old, I have 6 children, I live in Vancouver,WA.
Now I'm at home because I have a little toddler.
I am trained as a nutritionist and therefore I know what a healthy diet is. The issue with bread was at home was not resolved, as we would always buy it in store. And I decided to learn how to bake bread myself.
I started off with YouTube. I tried. Nothing happened. I began to look for where you can learn how to bake bread and saw Anna's school. I was very encouraged by Anna herself and I attended her master class, after which I bought the entire course "My Bread"
Intuitively, I felt that this is what I need, so there was no doubt, no long thought to go to study or not.
Before that, I didn’t know Anna, I didn’t see her on Instagram, and I didn’t take any time to study her page. It took a few instagram stories to understand everything.
Of course, I also reviewed other bakers, but chose Anna.
I painstakingly and enthusiastically took up the task of creating the leaven. I didn't get it right all at once. This is a process.
I even stopped eating bread from the store. I couldn't wait to bake my own.
And now this moment has come. I managed to bake it!!!
There are no words to describe my joy and delight! The bread is done. It was beautiful, fragrant and very tasty.
My family ate it very quickly. Everyone appreciated it with the words: mom, it’s delicious!
I really love my bread.
My friends also appreciated it and want to buy it from me.
It's incredible.
I am an athlete, teacher, mother, nutritionist. I never thought I would be a baker! But I feel like I'm fascinated by this topic. I go further in the knowledge of this wonderful, delicious and creative process.
Thank you for introducing me to the world of bread.

Задумали открыть свою мини-пекарню. Активно посещаем мастер-классы и вебинары по выпечке хлеба и булочек. Нас больше всего интересуют технологические карты, потому что качество и вкус должны соответствовать заявленному. Не все спикеры готовы так открыто, как Анна, делиться своими наработками. Сначала посмотрели видео Анны на youtube, чтобы приготовиться к мастер-классу. Оказывается, никакого сложного инвентаря приобретать не нужно. Все, кто увлекается домашней выпечкой, смогут выбрать себе рецепт от Анны (подарок) и испечь свой первый хлеб, попробовав который, больше не захочешь покупать в магазине. Мастер-класс Анны – готовое руководство к действию. Получаешь все необходимое: рецепт закваски и хлеба, технологическую карту, участвуешь в процессе от начала до конца. А еще получаешь много полезной информации, часть из которой оформим и развесим на стенах помещения для посетителей. Отлично, что есть такая школа и такие мастера своего дела, как Анна. Есть на кого равняться!

I just wanted to share my experience…

I just wanted to share my experience with the Sourdough Craft Workshop. I live in Thailand and the bread here isn't the greatest. My family loves bread though, so I decided to try baking it myself using good quality ingredients.

Workshop gave really clear and detailed instructions, that easy to follow along. My first loaf didn't come out perfect, but it was still yummy! I got some tips on how to troubleshoot, and my second bread turned out almost perfect.

I gotta say, I really enjoyed my homemade bread. It feels good to know exactly what's going into it and my family loves it too. I'm excited to keep baking and trying out different recipes.
