Ohm device will not pair despite following their instructions many times over. Cannot get ahold of anyone at OHM to help other than them emailing the same instructions!

Very Lovely People to Work With
Great people to work with that reply fairly quickly most of the time the same or next day via email. Did take some time to connect my account with SDGE, but did appear to be SDGE account problems that rather OHM Connect. OHM Connect did provide me with a promotional item for a Google Nest device despite delays with my account registration.
Overall, very nice people and they will work with you no matter how long it takes.

I should be disenrolled from this program. I’ll stick with PGE. I never received the thermostat that I ordered and I supposedly was refunded my money. Customer service during that time wasn’t pleasant for me.
Please release me from the program and stop using my information.

I’m not sure if I’m reaping any…
I’m not sure if I’m reaping any benefits yet. When I first signed up I received three energy-saving events to participate in almost immediately, but haven’t had a single opportunity for another one since. It’s been over a month now. I wish there were more opportunities to save energy and make points.

I think your company is unorganized or maybe you’re very organized and just take advantage of clients. You promise one thing and make excuses why you can’t deliver. I’m sure you rarely if ever ship out the gifts or leaders you promise. We never received the google hub that was promised so we terminated.

As per OhmConnect's terms of service as well as the California Public Utilities Commission's guidelines, individuals cannot be enrolled in more than one demand response program at a time. As such, we were unable to help you redeem your promotional offer until after you've unenrolled from the other program. Our team has reached out to you a few times with more information and the steps to disenroll from the other program you're in. If that is something you're still interested in doing, please reach out to us or you can follow up on the email thread we have with you currently.
