Dear Ricky,
Your parcel was held with customs, I have sent the tracking information to the email address on the order.
As we are based in the UK, there are occasions when shipments are inspected by customs, resulting in a delay to delivery. This is common practice and beyond our control.

We are happy you love our brand! However, we have a 100% response rate on Facebook (http://Facebook.com/weareohmble). Please be advised that your order is an international order/shipment and once this has been shipped from the UK, the delay seems to be customs and GLS.
We cannot find your order under the name Steven, can you please let us know the name you placed the order with so we can ascertain what was the delay and we’d like to check for any emails you might have sent us. Also, we do use a tracked service for all our shipments especially because we often ship overseas.
We can track every parcel and can provide customers with further assistance should they need it.
