My experience with OCF has been great. Purchased on property from them and their property management company (Oz) took over the other property I own in Toledo. True to their word, they have made real estate investing as turnkey as it could possibly get. They found the property I purchased, offered it at a great price, renovated it (included with the purchase), and found a tenant. My experience with all of the staff has been excellent, Laarne in particular has been extremely helpful and responsive, keeping me updated on the process and responding to my questions promptly. Engelo has also been really great, he has so much experience / knowledge in real estate - and unlike others I've met in this business he really tells you the unvarnished truth - what works, what doesn't, and the best strategies to consider if you're going to get into this arena. That way you can make a sound informed decision. I'm really impressed with the comprehensiveness of OCF and definitely recommend having a conversation with Engelo if you're considering getting into real estate, or if you need property management services in Ohio.
