My experience with the Aerial Yoga Teacher Training was truly inspiring. The training was incredibly hands-on, from the manual to the master classes, every detail was thoughtfully covered.
The curriculum placed strong emphasis on teaching safely and accurately, making sure we fully understood the fundamentals and foundations of aerial yoga. We went deep into alignment, sequencing, and clear, effective cueing. I felt fully supported in developing not just the physical practice, but the confidence and awareness required to guide others responsibly. There was genuine care and intention behind the training, and a clear commitment to making sure we graduate not just as instructors, but as teachers who can create a meaningful and positive impact in our future students’ lives.
I’m deeply grateful for the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a solid, integrity-driven foundation in aerial yoga teaching.
