Ogponytail Recensioni 

I ordered an OG Ponytail on August 11th and today we are September 25th and I have still not received my ponytail. They have shipped it through the post office from Australia to Spain. It did arrive in Spain on August 18th but I have to provide loads of paperwork to customs, had to pay 43% in taxes and handling but I only got this information on September 16th and now I have to wait up to another 45 days to receive my OG Ponytail. The other day I ordered a topper from the US which was shipped from Turkey and I only had to pay €20 on a €750 item as it was shipped through FedEx so the company selling OG Ponytails should no longer work with the post office when they ship to Europe. Hopefully the long wait will be worth it and I will 1 day hopefully enjoy the ponytail ...

Very happy with the ponytails! They are so much easier to use than the traditional ones you had the clip in with velcro. And I know you have to pay a lot of customs but in the EU i have not found a good alternatieve yet. It does take time to get here but hey it has to come from the other side of the world.. So yes I am super happy!

Be warned the Customs fee I paid for my ponytail shipping from Australia to UK was £53 because it was over the value of £135. You pay for international delivery with OG and once it lands in the UK you are charged another fee. It is stated on their website that there might be a customs fee but nothing to indicate how extortionate it is, it’s not in their interests to give any guidance of course.

Very disappointing experience. The company is flooding social media with its campaign, which convinced me to give their products a try.

I ordered a blonde ponytail, but received a brown one instead. Unfortunately, the company refused to take responsibility for the mistake, and the return process is unnecessarily complicated.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering.
