Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Now based out of foreign country, had to wait over an hour for a representative. Our payment was blocked and autopay was removed off our account so only option was paying by cash or kiosk or mailing money order. They tried billing one month then skipped a month. The rep said to remove late fee would have to get supervisor approval and no supervisor was availible to speak to and that they would get back with us in 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. Cant make it up and that has come and gone with no follow up. Avoid these guys if you can.
