If there is a 0 star that is how I would rate OFX. Slow to verify my account because their back office people can’t understand English and kept asking the same questions.

Even when the account was approved and I attempted to make a transfer it took them more than 4 business days to acknowledge receipt of funds! So their 1-2 business days turnaround time is just marketing BS and can’t be used as a benchmark!

When I called in to demand my funds back there was so much stalling and run around. So I complained to the country regulator and sent OFX a formal letter of demand to return my funds!

Deal with this black shop at your own risk! Caveat emptor!

Alvin Chia has been my relationship manager for over a period of 3 months and I would say he is prompt in response, there are times when he would reply my messages at midnight and give me rates that are competitive. He would prompt me when market is good and most of the time it is positive EV. thank you very much for your time and I would recommend him to everyone
