First, the customer service shown my Abby is top tier. She is patient, kind, and thorough. I had zero issues with my exchange. Second, the linen and denim have me in a chokehold. The fabric is comfortable and available for all sizes. Third, the shipping was really swift. Fourth, the pieces are colorful and unique. The wide pants are second to none. I am extremely happy with my purchase. They have a forever costumer in me!

I bought a dress from here, and it was amazing

Got a dress for my mom for Christmas. The dress got here so fast!! What do you mean a dust bag for a dress??? Talk about luxury i was thoroughly impressed. It smelled so good is that weird😅? The material was so nice to the touch and it fit my mom so beautifully

They are also very inclusive as their sizes up to 3X which is amazing. Overall I am satisfied with the Ofuure brand, they keep me looking stylish :)

I’ve bought a few pieces from Ofuure and the quality has been consistently great. The fabrics feel good, the fit is flattering, and everything looks just as nice in person as it does online. Their collections are really well designed and you can tell care goes into the details. I always get compliments when I wear their clothes. Definitely a brand I keep going back to!

So I’ve been in Ghana for a few months now. I’m an American who just placed an order during the Black Friday sale. Originally I was going to ship it to the US. However, I decided to try something different and use my PO BOX here in Ghana. The first thing I noticed was how the price went changed from $123.00 to $147.00. Instantly thought that was weird being the economy in Africa(who this company represents)is far less than America. Why would you up charge?! Not to mention. They couldn’t even figure out how to get the order here. Even thought I have the proper information. I don’t care the quality, how it looks. I will never order from here again. Reply from recent response. That would be understood if the price of the dress didn’t change. Has nothing to do with shipping and handling.

They advertise a 50% restocking fee. So I ordered $1,700 thinking the outfits that didn't work I would get some money back. Half of the items were not eligible for anything. The items I just needed to return (and definitely did not need anything else are only eligible for store credit and that is 100% not advertised on the website.) The clothes are beautiful but if you have questions that something might not fit or if you want to buy a few options and return what didn't work out you really won't have that choice in a fair way.

I don't know how ANYONE could leave a negative review. Products -- top notch! Delivery and packaging -- gorgeous and elegant. Customer service -- stellar and responsive. I'm SUPER SUPER impressed with this company!

I purchased several items from Ofuure. One item was too big so I had to request a return, wait for a reply and then pay to send it back. They do not refund anything so you are stuck with a store credit only. I hate stores that do not refund your money and this is why. I bought everything I wanted when I placed the order. I spent $1700. Secondly when I finally got the credit (after following up a few times) and placed my order about a week later I get am email telling me some of the items are out of stock. I was asked if I wanted a refund for the out of stock items so of course I said yes. I get an email stating, "your refund has been issued. You will receive a store credit within 5 business days." A store credit and a refund are tow totally different things!!!! I am not in the mood to keep going back and forth looking for something to get with my credit and it may be out of stock by the time they accept the order and try to fill it. UGH!!!!!

I love the sequin set I ordered from Ofuure. I ordered way ahead of time because of reviews I read. However, my set arrived 6 days after I ordered and I Didn't pay for rush shipping. I bought another piece from them which will get here next week. They are also true to size

My wife purchased a suit two weeks before our ceremony and paid for express shipping ($40). The item stated that it would arrive on the 12th. On the 12th through the 14th, my wife reached out to the merchant via email, phone and direct message on Instagram. The merchant never responded. The merchant ignored her ensuing request that the item be refunded, given that the item had not yet shipped and the event date had come and gone. (My wife had to shell out money to buy an alternate outfit). The merchant never responded; instead, the merchant did the unprincipled thing of shipping the item 6 days after the promised delivery date with a notice that said there were no returns or refunds. Talk about lacking integrity.

I will definitely order from Ofurre again. The delivery was right on time. The quality of the dress impressive. The fit (read the size guide) is exact! I received so many compliments at the wedding I attended. Thank you ofuure for making my experience amazing!

I am an extreme skeptic when it comes to online urchases and I was buying for a very special event. I am happy to report that I was extremely pleased with my purchase and will be a return customer, without hesitation!

Abby came through for me with my last order. Had to order a dress (MOFOPE African Print Maxi Mock Neck Dress) in a different size at the very last minute, just days before the event, and she made it happen! Also, the dress was beautiful - fit, quality, style. I received so many compliments on it. This was my second order with Ofuure and I look forward to ordering more items.

I ordered this dress, ZEZE African print mock neck midi dress. When I wore it for the first time to a work dinner, the zipper split all the way open on my way to the event. I had a winter coat which I had to wear all night. Furthermore the zipper at the mock neck was stuck when I tried to take it off at home. My husband had to cut me out of the dress with a pair of scissors. I’m so disappointed and I had a terrible outing, thanks to this major wardrobe malfunction at a corporate event. Even worse was the customer service rep, ‘Tiffany’ who refused to refund my money because I didn’t have the defective dress to mail back to them (cause I had to cut myself out of it). $130 down the drain with an awful experience to boot. Won’t be shopping from them again and I certainly don’t recommend.

I needed a dress for a Wakanda themed Gala. I had seen this site many times through Facebook so I decided to try Ofuure out. I found a gorgeous purple dress on clearance in an extra small. I'm very petite size 0, so I used rush order so I would have time for Alterations. The Items came so fast I was shocked. When I tried the dress on it fit Perfectly, I did not not need any Alterations, I also discovered it had pockets which was a bonus. The material was great quality, it looked le the actual pictures, it was double lined. During the event people kept stopping me to give me compliments and ask where I got it. I also won most Original Dress. I truly loved everything about this dress. Sleeves, layers, pockets and fit. Worth every penny.

OFUURE is my go-to shop every season! All of their pieces are so vibrant and I especially love the versatility of their infinity jumpsuits & dresses. I love that it is black-owned and inspired by Queens. I look forward to every new collection!

Love Ofuure’s designs and prints! I really love the packaging too. I’ve actually been collecting the different dust bags their products come in lol. So far I have 8 colors, and they’re suede! The shipping is always super fast and they reply my emails fast too. I’ve been shopping with them for about 3/4 years now so you can imagine how colourful my wardrobe is! I love the brand. Cheers!

This is not my first order and it definitely won’t be my last!! I loved my products, they exceeded my expectations in quality and the fit is perfect every time ! Definitely worth every penny!
I also loved that the website had all the fine details I needed to know about shipping so I was able to order and receive my items in good time when considering their processing times ! My advice is always read those shipping and sizing details as each company is unique because so far Ofuure has not let me down yet!
