Terrible shipping
Item was not shipped properly or with the shipping paid for, item did not arrive within reasonable time of the expected delivery date causing the item to no be useable.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately in this case shipping was delayed by the couriers causing it to arrive late. We had already organised a free return and refund of the items before the customer posted this review. Delivery was also delayed by an extra day due to a public holiday in Victoria when the item was ordered.
