A hiccup, fixed ASAP!
One of the things that can make or break a review of either products or service is how a company responds when things go wrong. My order was of multiple product all in bottles. When it arrived, one of the bottles had broke and made a mess of the others. This was my first experience with the company and things did not start well. HOWEVER, when I voiced my displeasure in less than polite tone, I was met with genuine top notch customer service. My problem addressed and a resolution was in place at once. Great job Anna

I experienced top notch Customer Service with Purelia. I accidentally checked the box for a regular subscription and I immediately reached out when I noticed another payment was made through PayPal. Tom from Customer Service replied within the hour and reversed the charges immediately. That was amazing! I was very grateful!

Great experience with Tom!
Tom was wonderful, professional, and quick to respond when I needed help with a cancelation. When so many companies offshore this kind of work to ai and auto responses, it was nice to get quality help from a real human.
