Had a minor issue in purchasing that was 100% my fault. Fixed without any issues

We purchased 4 NEC displays for a new video wall in our conference room. Office Wonderland gave us the best price from an Authorized Dealer. Everything arrived brand new shipped on a pallet and strapped down. Not to mention shipping was free. Working with them from ordering until installing was a pleasure.

Told sales I need a camera costing $2000+ by Thursday
Order placed Tuesday No Problem They said
I will expedite it for you 2 day shipping... No mention of $125 additional cost
On Wednesday AM I said since it obviously did not ship yet cancel It wont get here in time
Reply at 2 pm or later I cant it already shipped before lunch today
You will have it Friday I said TOO LATE install is set for Friday
I was told that they will make it overnight and it will get here on time They again promised a tracking number
It is Wednesday night 10pm and again NO TRACKING NUMBER That's strike 3
I NO LONGER TRUST THIS COMPANY Located in Miami STAY AWAY
If it shows as promised I will update this review but never trust that what they say about shipping is true
This whole mess could have been fixed by saying
Do you want a price on expedited shipping?

SURPRISE The unit arrived as promised 2 minutes after I got the tracking number!!! OK 1 star now at 4

They were very nice and courteous. I told them we needed the item by the weekend and not only would the item arrive before then, but they also gave us a discount on shipping! We will definitely order from them again

I ordered a specific projector "A" online and received an order confirmation. A salesperson called to let me know that it is no longer in stock and up-sold me to projector "B" which they said was similar. I was too busy to verify the differences - shame on me.

I did not open the box and check it out until I would use it next, so I didn't open it for a month until I needed it for a client event. I then discover that the projector is nothing like the one I originally ordered and is horribly old technology. I contacted them to request a return and they were amendable to a return.

It works and came with everything described!

OfficeWonderland was fantastic to work with. I was looking for a specific Epson projector and needed it in a few days for an important client meeting. I spoke with Mike and although the model I was looking for was no longer in inventory, he suggested a different model that was even better. Mike made sure to submit my order immediately so it could be shipped out that afternoon so I could have it in my hands the next day. Amazing service as I'm based in California so I was truly impressed that Mike made next day shipping happen all the way from Florida. Thank you Mike and OfficeWonderland for coming to the rescue! Terrific customer service. Was contacted by customer service as the manufacturer offered a newer version to the equipment that I had ordered. I purchased the newer version which followed with very quick shipping. A+++

Mike was a great help in helping me find the right projector for our church auditorium--Epson Powerlite L615U 6,000 Lumens. Officewonderland.com also had the best price around and no shipping!

The projector our church uses for our worship gatherings went out and I called and spoke to Mike. I was able to give him the model number of our old one and he found a new one that would replace this old projector and be exactly what we need. It was much cheaper that what I expected to spend. The service was great and Mike was knowledgeable! I would not hesitate to buy from Officewonderland again!
