The food arrived 2 hours early even…
The food arrived 2 hours early even though we requested them to be delivered at 1pm! The sandwiches were not fresh looking but soggy bread!
We paid double the price for less than half the quality we usually get.
We will not be purchasing from you again!

I can assure you that all the reviews on TrustPilot are verified and authentic.
I have forwarded your feedback to our production team and they will enquire regarding the quality of the sandwiches, but I can guarantee you that everything is made freshly and produced every morning specifically for each order.
Regarding the delivery, I have just checked your order and asked my delivery team who confirmed that you selected the 11am to 1pm time slot. We operate a 2-hour delivery window because unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery as London traffic is hard to predict.
Thank you a lot for your understanding.
We do hope you will give us a second chance and order from us again. If you do, I will personally process your order and make sure everything goes perfectly.

I have used you three times and twice…
I have used you three times and twice the online system hasn't worked and Ive had to call as well, not great for the first time ive used you really. But on the plus side the food was well received by the those in the meeting.

Good quality food which went down well…
Good quality food which went down well with colleagues. Only area for improvement would be that on both occasions the food was delivered earlier than the delivery window requested. Obviously better than arriving too late!
