OfficeMax New Zealand Recensioni 

I ordered envelopes on Monday morning. I have an urgent job I need them for (I know my own fault running out). However, it is now Friday and I've just found out from NZ Post they haven't even picked them up from OfficeMax in Auckland yet as they wait for a pallet to be filled. I'll be lucky to get them by next Tuesday. Over a week to get envelopes from Auckland to Wellington (when I do eventually get them), not really good enough. They are oversize, so not readily available in Wellington. Wish I'd ordered elsewhere. I get my ink delivered from another company in Auckland, and normally get it next day or two at most. Are OfficeMax just too big to care about the little guy?

i had a great experience with officemax, all items arrived undamaged.

I have several accounts for the organization I worked. Help desk / customer service will gossip and bad mouth your organization while you are on the phone. Talk about customer service / accounts person at AR with bad manners - it is here where you can find them. I wish could close the accounts that were made through OfficeMax as I was truly disrespected by telling her my age right. The person was speaking as if I was so below her and was speaking down on me. Worst people to deal with.

For the last 4 months we've been telling them to stop delivering a certain product as we have been overstocked for a while, but they blatantly ignore emails and just keep sending stuff we don't need til now we are running out of storage space and they just send more

Order a month ago, called helpline 4 times, never received good and any feedback.

I've been buying art related supplies from Officemax for many many years. The order is always exactly what i ordered. Very quick to arrive and in great condition. I have no complaints which is amazing and will continue to get my supplies here.

Excellent phone customer service. Call answered quickly and problem solved easily.
