OfficeEvolution. What can I say other than they are a breath of fresh air. I've handled massive printer estates over the years and as you probably experience the providers make life as complicated as they can.
OfficeEvolution took my complexity - simplified it all under one umbrella and for the last 2 years not one issue, not one problem.

Ordered direct from engineer who came to fix a problem with printer. Have noted that the invoice is for 12 packs of paper and have only received 8 so far.

I spoke with Charlotte to discuss a problem with our printer. Charlotte was brilliant at taking all the information and looking into the problem for me. She got an engineer to call me straight away to discuss options and look into the problem. Rory was great, he went into the options and managed to remotely adjust some settings. The guys then arranged for someone to come in to check the printer physically in case any parts need replacing. Charlotte then contacted me today to check how things are since the adjustments. Really impressed with the customer service so far :)

After using Office Evolution for the first time late last year for some branded promotional products, i was very impressed with Karen and her attention to detail. She couldn't do enough to help, kept us updated at every stage and even delivered the products to us herself due to us being local.
