Pleasantly surprised that the system worked straight away & set up really easily

The purchasing process is flawless. Our 2012 Mini Countryman VIN was deemed compatible with the MOVE map upgrade. 5 stars.

The instructions are very clear and everything went smoothly. 5 stars to here.

Until the update froze at 2%. Support on WhatsApp is amazing giving tips to retry. Not succeeded yet buy tomorrow is another day. Support are there got you for sure. Still no progress.

Once it’s worked 5 stars will be posted. But it hasnt and we may have to go via the Mini dealer in town. That may cost an arm and a leg.

Navigation card is okay, but the map data is actually 2023 and not 2024-2025 as it appears on the site. Also, there is no way to update it, due to the fact that the update software is no longer supported by Mercedes Benz.

1st of I am a bit tec savvy ie I can work this out with no problem,so for me it was no problem put on to a usb making it fat 32 and updating where a breeze,now if any of that is over your head then youtub it before ordering,but its now on and europe one takes me from 2015 maps to 2025 takes about 40 mins but now right up to date and all for £19.99,payed a extra £5 for history check as some was missing on my idrive ,and I was very pleased they found the missing history as well a1 all around

Received SD map card promptly and absolutely no problems using it

Needed an upgrade. Ordered on a Saturday & product came on the Tuesday. Great company to have dealings with.

Really good value. A very cheap way to successfully update our Sat nav.

I bought two Connect 3 SD cards for my and my parents' Qashqais to update the sat nav. Both worked fine until mine suddenly wouldn't be recognised by the car. As it was only 3 months old I contacted OEM-Navigation who couldn't have been more helpful. Within 3 days I had a new card sent which is again working great.
I have recommended oem-navigation to my friend who has ordered an SD card for his Juke.

SD card arrived on time,price was great.Load software ok,appears to be working unable to test as health stops travelling at present

Just a couple of places I thought would of been updated, I know the speed limit was change at least a year ago!
