The website enabled me to easily identify and order replacement parts for my Moto Guzzi that weren't offered by other dealers. It also enabled me to keep up to date with progress, showing me when they chased parts from their supplier, which took several weeks. When all the parts had arrived they were promptly dispatched and efficiently delivered by DHL, with tracking of the delivery van so I was ready to receive the package. All the items were correct and well packaged. If I understand the terms and conditions correctly then, being outside the EU, I would not have been able to cancel the order, but this was not a problem for me as I needed the parts. I am absolutely delighted with the service received and would be happy to use the company again.

I strongly warn anyone considering buying from oem-parts.hu or oem-bike-parts.com . I placed orders for multiple products, but none of them were ever delivered. Attempts to contact their customer service were ignored, no responses. This company appears to take money without providing the goods, which is completely unacceptable.
Based on my experience, they seem to deliberately mislead customers and rely on people not following through with complaints. I have filed an official complaint, and I hope the authorities take action. It is extremely frustrating to see a company operate this way, taking advantage of small orders and scamming multiple customers.
Do not trust this company with your money. My experience shows a clear pattern of failing to deliver products and misleading buyers. I urge anyone thinking about ordering from them to stay away and protect themselves. This company’s practices are dishonest, and they should not be trusted under any circumstances.
