I never had any issues, and I love their products.

I never received my product I contacted customer service and they were not helpful at all. I had to get help from PayPal.

I've placed a few orders from their site and have never had any issues with the products or delivery to the US. I can't rate the support since I've never had a need to contact them about anything--everything has been fine! The Love Language palette is my current favorite out of my collection of ~50 indie eyeshadow palettes.

No complaints, would order again.

I have some of their pallets and single eye shadows. The quality is mixed but the products are really overpriced and don’t cost those money.
I stopped buying it when I realized that they are simply lying and deleting bad reviews from their social media.

It’s a 100% Chinese brand which pretends to be a “Swedish indie brand” which misleads customers.

I really hate this aggressive “positive marketing” they are spreading through the bloggers, don’t believe what you see on YouTube or Instagram

Horrible customer service. I never received my package. In Germany, a parcel is only considered successfully delivered when the recipient, i.e. me, has accepted it and confirmed acceptance via signature. Otherwise, anyone can keep the parcel. Odens Eye refers to the fact that it is marked as delivered online and ignores the fact that I have not received the parcel and have never signed for it anywhere, despite numerous emails. Instead, they claim that it is standard practice for them that the delivery person does not need a signature! In my eyes this is a rip-off! I will never order there again! It was an expensive order for several hundred euros that I have now paid for without receiving the goods!

Unfortunately just like the other reviews have stated customer service doesn't help you if your item is lost and marked by USPS as delivered.
Ordered just one item last week and it was mistakenly marked as delivered by USPS.
I went online and oden's eye customer service sent me an automated response with the description of the box and that it was marked as delivered.
There isn't a phone number to call customer service live nor a live chat box on their website to help a customer track a missing package.
They didn't offer to resend a new item for me which was just one chrome red color so will never again order from a company that doesn't provide good customer service.

I ordered three times with no issues. The fourth time, I ordered the large mystery box and it didn't arrive, although the mail service DPD claimed they delivered it, on the base of a signature release authorization from Odens Eye. I asked customer service for support and they sent me another mystery box, which was very kind. I reminded them to not give a signature release authorization, as it has not worked out for my area. But then again, DPD marked it as delivered and that there was once again a signature release authorization from Odens Eye, which I did not agree to. Once again I didn't get the package. Odens Eye refused to refund me. Until today I have no clue where the packages went and what happened to them. I don't live in a particularly shady area either. Both deliveries just vanished. 80 Euros wasted...

"Jewels & Gem Palette" has beautiful colors but the shimmers have some fallout. "Stone & Rock Palette" is very very nice and I recently bought "Little Ghost Palette" and it's perfect in every sense. I also had a problem with "S&RP" and Odens Eye sent me that palette again totally free! their Customer Service is great.

My first order with Odenseye was the Halloween items. To die for!! The colours were stunning on Little Ghost palette, and Shadow Creature. My shipping was crazy fast as well. I had a question on the lippy, and they got back to me very next day. What an awesome company! I believe I have a new go to for my makeup needs.

I love the eyeshadow palettes: easy to blend, amazing pigmentation and always great color stories!
No problem with the shipping from HK either. The products are always carefully wrapped in bubble wrap too.
I have never experienced any issues with the customer service, they replied me within days and are always providing great customer service.

Pretty palettes, too bad their customer service is so awful! I contacted them about the dark mattes in the Flora Story palette being super patchy, and I know I'm not the only one who is having issues because YouTube review videos have comments about other customers having this same issue. I explained everything to their customer service and their response? Take a video of yourself using the palette so we can see what you are talking about. Really???!? I'm far from a YouTuber and would have to ask my husband to take a video of me using the palette and create a look that I just have to wash off because it looks so patchy. That is asking a LOT of your customer Odens Eye. I'll never order from them again.

Customer service is terrible. They don’t work with or help the customer if there’s an issue. Will not shop with them again unfortunately.

I have ordered quite a few things from here in the past, I currently own about 6 pallets and now also own their limited addition christmas ones along with their brushes pack and dry brush cleaner.
So far, the only issues I've had with any products is the brushes that came today. The adhesive on the heads did seem to have come loose, but after contacting Oden's Eye they explained that the reason was due to a number of potential reasons such as the weather/temperature and were super quick to let me know they'd send the replacements out this week.
That is the only issue I've had, and they rectified it so quickly. I love, love, love the pallets as someone who prefers more subtle looks and also likes to occasionally experiment with colour. You can blend their shadows out to have a more sheer look or build them up easily for pigmentation. The shimmers are so gorgeous in all the pallets, and they offer a really great variety of natural and unnatural shades.
Really cannot recommend them enough.

I've been shopping here for a while. Their products are always amazing quality.

Really, you should try them!

Bought: CAT'S BREATH PALETTE and SKULD MINI EYESHADOW PALETTE (eye shadow), NORN’S MESMERIZER HIGHLIGHTER LIMITED (highlighter), ALVA MATTE LIP STAIN

The eye shadows are absolutely stunning, pigmented, blendable and long wearing. The glitters are absolutely stunning!
The highlighter is something out of the earth.
The lip stain is a bit drying to the lips but long lasting, beautiful colour and I love the smell.
