Just unboxed 3 plants 2 mins ago. Very impressed with the wrapping and packaging. All plants protected by white fluffy wool like material and corrugated cardboard. Plants in super healthy conditions. Very good varigations. Will now leave it to rest for a day /to quarantine for any potential bugs.

Very poor quality plants

Hi Hugh, we're so sorry this was your experience. This is certainly not up to our usual high standards so we're really sorry for this.
We have just issued a full refund for both plants, and can only apologise that these were sent out in a condition anything less than perfect.
We hope you can take some cuttings from the Pittieri, and we have no doubt this will grow beautifully.
We'd love to get an order right for you, but completely understand your position based on this order.

Was this a recent order, I'm afraid I can't see this one over the last couple of months? Please do let us know if a plant arrives in a condition you are not happy with as we're genuinely more than happy to help, to either offer a full refund or a replacement.
As a gesture of goodwill if you can drop us an email at hello@oddleafhouseplants.co.uk so we can gather more details about your order, we would be happy to refund you for the plant you mentioned was weak on arrival.

Aglaonema pictum
My first order from Oddleaf, an aglaonema Pictum, arrived in beautiful condition and Innovatively packaged. The attention to detail was amazing, they thought of everything to protect the plant in transit from very light padding around the foliage to cling film around the pot so the soil stays put and the soil was watered very well too. Pleased
The plants matched the pictures, so I was expecting some cosmetic damage. Healthy plants with no pests. Well packaged. Given how small the pots were, I was delighted to see the baby alocasia had already produced 2 corms. Very happy.
