Horrible customer service. No customer satisfaction whatsoever. Ordered 3 male t-shirts. Medium size is too long like a nightgown. Asked to have it returned. So many popular clothing online stores have return policy, ovo is final sale. They even charge for shipping..
They accepted a return, however to get a refund is a pain. They do not give refund back on the card. They provide with a code which can be used only online!!! What if I buy online again and it doesn’t fit??? Had to follow up as the merchandise was already returned and delivered but I still didn’t get the code. Not even tiny bit of being pleasant or helpful via email correspondence. Horrible!!! Very disappointed.

So so disappointing. Ordered a hoodie and a basketball. Made sure I was available to order just as the goods were released. Got email acknowledgment. No dispatch email after the 10 working days so I emailed. Got a reply saying the goods were no longer available and couldn’t be sent. The worst possible customer service and have wasted my son’s Christmas as this was his main gift. Basically they just don’t care about you. Don’t buy from this website. You will be disappointed.

Excellent and feel very welcome every time I go to the London store

Paid over 180 dollars tax and all for a red plaid button down shirt with OVO on back, size L. Weeks later, I received a 2xl grey OVO tshirt and it was hideous. I emailed OVO customer service multiple times. I got two responses, they asked for the inside slip receipt, I emailed that to them. Not a word after that. I emailed like a month later. Nothing. Emailed a couple months later. Nothing. I never got the correct shirt and I never got a refund. I used to love this company but I doubt I’ll ever buy from them again. Customer service is terrible.

Very poor quality for the price. We purchased a crew neck in March and the logo is falling off. Can’t get in touch with anyone for customer service. Would not recommend people to waste their money on a product that does not have quality for the price.

It’s so bad I wanna give it a 0 but I can’t so I give it a 1. Honestly one of the worst retailers to buy clothes from. Ordered a hoodie the confirmation email said up to 5 days till it’s shipped and maybe abit longer during busy periods so I waited 2 weeks. Spoke to customer service about an update it it just felt like I was speaking to a robot. They were just repeating the same thing again and again and said they expect it to be dispatched in the next week so I waited another 2 weeks and still nothing. Spoke to customer service again and all they said they could do was refund me the shipping and that the order would be shipped by tomorrow. Waited 2 days and got an email saying the order has been cancelled because they couldn’t find the item in there warehouse. I waited over a month just to be told the item was no longer in stock. Never ever by from this company. Owned by a billionaire but still can’t sort out these simple things. I will never order from here again and strongly advise you don’t aswell if you wanna save yourself the headache. Waste of £200.

OVO. I mean I love Drake and all but they won't let you take a pic (Hey, dude do you like this shirt?) or do returns. All sales final. So you buy it for your buddy bc you couldn't send a photo to see if they like the $120 shirt and if they don't too bad. And when I bought online the sizing was wrong and they told me in store they couldn't help but no exchange for wrong sizes either. This company is garbage.

Horrible customer service, ordered Dec 6th, received email that is was shipped 21st and called UPS on the 24th and it wasn’t even been picked. None of my emails for status or update is being responded to.

Ordered a t shirt and track pants at the end of November,
Which should be plenty of time to get here before Christmas as I live in the same city.
Was emailed that it would be shipped within 2-9 buisness days, it shipped 7 days ago but has been stuck with only label created since then. You pay 15.00 for shipping to get terrible communication and who knows when your items will arrive.
This is unacceptable , I will NEVER buy from this brand again and I encourage everyone else the same.

This review isn’t of the clothes, because I really like them, but the customer service. I’ve had the misfortune of having to contact them a few times and they are always snide, unhelpful, and rude. I’m convinced it’s just a bunch of dudes passing around a blunt and a 40 telling everyone to F off.

Most recently, I contacted them about sandals I ordered a month ago, only to be told “ AS STATED ON OUR WEBSITE THEY WONT SHIP UNTIL MAY 20”. Ok, I’ve worked in CS and corporate too, I know when I’m being talked down to as professionally as possible. While this tactic has a place in the corporate world (sadly), it does not belong in customer service. Especially when ordering something that at the time gives no indication it will be over a month before it ships.

It is the 27th, still no shipping notification, and after being talked to like an idiot last time I did check the website and my account and found no update. You shouldn’t have to go to a website to find out why your order is late, you should be notified by email. It’s not like they don’t know who their target audience is.

I’m bummed out but I don’t think I’ll be overpaying for things with owls on them anymore.

OVO doesn't have terrible customer service. They just don't have customer service. Period. Order the Raptors x OVO pregame sweat suit. Loaded the website 3 hours before launch with my account logged in to ensure I got what I wanted - white hoody and matching sweatpants, for a very special birthday gift. Order was confirmed 1 min after purchase. Shipping label was created 6 days later. That was Dec 22. UPS has no tracking information because they haven't received the package yet. 2 emails to customer service. First being very polite, second being slightly aggravated. A week since the first email has been sent. I have not heard back. Charged $350. And can't even have the decency to confirm if my package is in the warehouse or missing. A simple "well look into it" would have done. Instead I get ignored. During pandemic times when online sales are surging, you'd think this reputable brand could atleast respond to an email.

No returns no exchanges! Don't bother shopping online.

Smedium, I mean Medium doesnt hold up to North American sizing - that made in China tag tells it all.

Sweater was perfect. Thank God.
Long sleeve t was small. Not slim fit. Small. aka Short.
Rain jacket was smedium. Sad.
Dad cap fit was weird. Too much bunching at the top.

SO SAD. I spent $544 after shippng and taxes.

I always go to the OVO store to shop. But since the pandemic started, I tried shopping online.

Items: T- shirts and hoodies- very good quality! Canadian made!

Shipping: worst! They sent me a notification that my package has been delivered, but I didn't received it yet! I checked their courier, FedEx, it says package is still on its way.

Customer service: It's a hit or miss. You're lucky if the staff who replies to your email is well- trained at their job. If not, good luck!

I ordered a pair of slippers for my boyfriend. The slippers had the owl logo on the top in gold. In around 1,5 week the logo started to peel even though the slippers had only been used inside maybe every other day for 1,5 week. I contacted customer service and received an answer back that Said I should’ve returned the item within 2 weeks. At that time I’d waited around 4 days for an answer and therefore went over the 2 week returntime. I wrote back that the item was flawed and that it is bad customer service to pay that much for slippers and get that answer back. Haven’t heard back yet and Will probably not buy from the website again...

Ordered $500.00 worth of clothes from the app on May 29, 2020. After a week contacted OVO by email, as no phone contact is available, asked as to when the items would be shipped was promptly email back, 10-15 days for shipping. After the the 15 days I contacted OVO again as to when the items would be shipped, received the exact same response, 10-15 days for shipping. I requested they ship immediately or refund my monies, I received absolutely no response from them! This is not how you run a company! I feel I’ve been scammed!

I ordered a sweatshirt for my son for Christmas, followed the sizing guide online however they are very small compared to a normal in this case medium. The returns policy is only 14 days and they wont make an exception even during holiday season when people are gift shopping. Very poor service for very expensive not worth the money good.

Ordered 2 pieces, and although the order came quickly I received someone else’s order completely. A bit annoyed that I now have to return this at a cost to myself. Either yourselves or UPS have messed up.
