Great bed at a reasonable price and delivery was fairly quick.

Fantastic mattress if you are looking for a higher end firm one.

We received excellent advice and service throughout our transactions. Octave honoured their return policy in a nice friendly manner.

My order was on time, packaged well. Was easy to order on line. The only problem was a got four pillow covers and two pillows that were supposed to be adjustable but are just two flat pillows.

We had a hiccup with the duvet cover but Octave was responsive and fixed the issue quickly.

Our initial Octave mattress arrived damaged during shipping. Octave’s after-sales service immediately replaced it—no questions asked. Unfortunately, the replacement had a manufacturing defect, so we needed a second replacement.
Through all of this, Octave’s customer service was absolutely outstanding—the best I’ve ever experienced with any purchase. They truly stand behind their word and their 365-day return policy gives you complete confidence in your purchase.
After two weeks of use, the new mattress is exactly what we hoped for. It replaced a one-year-old hybrid Stearns & Foster that was already sagging (and we’re not heavy people). The only minor issue is that the Octave mattress slightly overhangs our king base by about an inch all around, even though this base has fit other king mattresses perfectly.
Overall, we’re very happy—comfortable mattress, and truly exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.

Since purchasing the mattress, I have experience some very good nights sleep…..which is unusual for me !
Though I do still experience some back discomfort, it is much better than before ! I think my body still needs a little time adjusting to the new mattress…….
Still, a much worthy and highly recommended purchase !

Great product and services but sister company Douglas seems better. Order a couple of Octave pillows and received a couple of Douglas Pillows. I know they are the same but this careless mistake suggest the brand Octave is redundant and should probably be rebranded as Douglas instead.

I purchased this mattress because of my back aches.
It has been a little over 2 weeks with no improvement.
I will see what happens a little later.

Fast delivery. Excellent customer service even delivering to a rural area. The lady who helped me put my address correctly on the order upgraded me from the base model mattress and I’m so glad she did!

Very accommodating! We were in need of replacement mattresses for the quickly worn down Beautyrest Platinum ones we just purchased a few years ago. While in the busy process of transitioning warehouses, Octave staff sent our mattresses (two Twin XL Horizon) out to us the very next day!!! And along with the sheets and pillows. How's that for customer service? Very rare to experience such compassionate service.
