Reliable Hosting and Excellent Support

I have lost all my data and…

I have lost all my data and applications from the old server. A data center should have a backup or at least keep the files in the old server when they launch new server. They call it migration but there is nothing being migrated as the new IP and server is totally empty. I have pay huge sum to get developer to re-install the application and lost my data.

VM got reset, downgrade from OpenVZ7 to OpenVZ6

i got a very cheap yearly plan of virtual server from their Black Friday Promo, it was Frankfurt OpenVZ7 vm with 4C Ryzen 6GB Ram and 80GB SSD. Everything is good (Support, Network etc) until a couple of months later it was suddenly gone, cannot ssh, also no vm appears on my virtulalizor.
I contacted support and they answer briefly: my vm got reset and they will reprovision it, but to OpenVZ6, what? i need at least Ubuntu 20 or Debian 10, not ancient Ubuntu 18..
i ask them to migrate mine to OpenVZ7 but they said it came with a cost, what? i think this was a very bad first impression of them. im very dissapointed and immediately canceled my service and not going back..

Fast support, not very good service. I was lucky it was not a production server.

Great experience

I have bought a VPS during the black friday. It's the only hosting service that had the performance that i request at the right pricing. And all the description was true... right speed and performance very honest

I have been with few hosting providers…

I have been with few hosting providers over the years, but what stands out with OBHost LLC is the support. I opened few support tickets since I started with them and each time I got a very fast response within 5-10 min, they were always very helpful and resolved all my issues which were due to my inexperience very fast.
