Efficient, easy to use service at a good price.
They weren't quite the cheapest - by no means the most expensive - but the upfront price was the price I paid, no array of 'add-ons' during the order process. My order was delivered ahead of schedule which was a welcome bonus and the quality of the business cards was very good.

poor quality print
I thought i had ordered matt lam bcd but received 350 gsm cards, which were in themselves poor quality and were refused by the customer leaving us with a loss, not comparable with quality of fairprint for example, but a better turnaround time..v dissapointed

Fast turnaround and fantastic customer service.
I needed some new business cards in a hurry and after receiving some eye watering quotes, Oasisprint came up trumps, delivering great quality business cards on time and at a great price. The customer service is second to none, being helpful and friendly.

Print quality OK but not the best, still trying to resolve smudged cards issue
I ordered 4 lots of double sided business cards from Oasis Print, 3 of which were OK, 1 set (250) were smudged where they had been stacked on top of each other before the ink had dried, I have had to send them them back and am waiting on a reply. Bit of a pain.
The general quality of the print is not the best, the colour saturation is poor, it looks like the ink was running out where there should be solid colour, it's OK if minute detail isn't important but we work with a lot of perfectionists who will notice things like this, I got them half price but I'd be a bit miffed if I'd paid full price.

Excellent response and service
I was able to up load my own design - great. Need to make sure that you have a PDF of your design otherwise fitting it inside the template is impossible. Colour match was great finish is professional and just what I need. Special offer made it all the more tempting.

Quality was excellent - customer service is outstanding too
My original order had a few problems due to dust caught in the laminate, but Oasisprint corrected the problem and very promptly reprinted my business cards and sent them out to me again. The print quality is excellent and I'm now a very happy customer. I must say that I've never dealt with a company that has such excellent, proactive customer service! I will ONLY buy my business cards from Oasisprint from now on and I will happily recommend them to everyone I know.

for quality cards at a fair price
I wanted better than average quality business cards but not a large quantity and managed to achieve this with theses guys at a fair price.
The cards where laminated and double sided using a nice sturdy thickness to the card and cut neatly so they all look very professional which is exactly what I was after.
The customer service is good too where they insist on checking your design proof then confirming with you until you are sure its right and will work properly.

Good, fast service
Easy upload of my designs with a very efficient service and delivery. The cards were a little washed out compared with other printers, but the price was great with the offer. The bottom line is I'd use Oasis again if I needed fair quality cards, quickly, at a low price.

Quality has dipped
I don't know if they recently changed something, but the quality is less than what I've received in the past. Compared to my previous order, the ink is faded, the paperstock is flimsier, and the cropping is a bit careless. I've thought oasisprint provided very good value based on previous jobs, but now I wonder whether I will stick with them.

We have reviewed the sample on file for your most recent order, and have not found any problems with the production of this individual set. This leads us to believe that the issue is the slight variation between these cards and the previous ones.
I have confirmed that our paper supplier has not changed. Also, our four digital presses are regularly checked, maintained, and calibrated to strict ISO standards. However, it is nearly impossible to exactly match a previous set for a few reasons:
Your most recent cards could have been printed on a different press than the previous ones.
The trimming could have been done on a different machine or by a different operator.
We will send you a replacement set this week. Hopefully the new ones will be closer to what you have received in the past. If they are still not satisfactory, please contact us via email, phone, or the support chat feature on our website, and we will work with you to find a solution.
