This firm claim they help the “armed forces community” that is a load of rubbish. We approached them for some help regarding disability discrimination at the workplace for my husband they claim that w have gone passed the limitation which we are not. We are pretty much chinned off. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I will certainly know any of my armed forces friends to avoid this company like the plague

I am very disappointed with the service from this firm. They cancelled my first appointment at short notice, and rescheduled it. However when I arrived for the second appointment - after bringing my disabled mum with me - I was told the appointment was cancelled again, without a reasonable explanation, the repeated cancellations shows a lack of organisation and respect for clients time.
This caused us unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and left me with no confidence in their organisation or professionalism. I wouldn't recommend them based on this experience.
