I found Oaktree on-line and made an initial phone enquiry about a first time Motorhome purchase. I spoke to a Salesman called Neil who went back and forth with numerous phone calls over a 2 week period trying to get my head around these vehicles and trying to establish my needs going forward without making any mistakes leading to regrets. Neil was nothing short of brilliant answering all of my questions with impartiality and honesty all the way through to my site visit 2 weeks later. I ended up with a Hymer T698Cl Golden Edition and it pretty much ticked every box .
Dave the service manager is the consummate professional and an asset to the business as is Gary the Service advisor. Both guys dealing with any queries or questions with a very professional approach and willing to offer there time no matter what.A fantastic statement made to me by Dave was" we don't do problems, just solutions. "
If thats not the most customer focused statement then i dont know what is. Matt on the service side again absolutely brilliant spending time showing me various features and does and don'ts on my motorhome before and during the completion of my purchase. Brad and Ben who are the owner Robs sons again absolutely cracking guys both very engaging and pleasant always with time to see if you're OK and getting the assistance you need. Then there's Rob the owner who again top marks to you sir for popping into the office during my handover and having a chat and offering his time to say thank you for your business and having ten minutes for a general chin wag.
Over all my opinion is based on 3 factors. The way the business operates on all levels and the absolute unquestionably consistency of every single member of the team. Nothing is too much trouble and every face is a smiling face. And the lay out of the site and overall presentation is flawless. I worked in the car industry for 29 years and spent many of them with a big German brand, who's expectations in terms of customer service were 100% and anything less would not do or be accepted. This company is run like a German car showroom and the level of service is fabulous and there's a very relaxed take your time attitude which is an absolute must and a winner for me.
To summerise, if you are looking for a Motorhome and want to be treated flawlessly and without compromise as a customer then I absolutely recommend that you go nowhere else other than Oaktree. These guys are absolutely top of the line and thoroughly deserve the recognition that im offering in this from the heart review. Well done Oaktree it's been an absolute pleasure doing business with you. And I wish you every success going forward because when I'm ready to swap I'll definitely be back to have a deal.

We did our research online before visiting Oaktree, my search criteria was “top rated second hand mororhome dealers” and we are so glad Oaktree was at the top of the list and rightfully so!
From walking through the gates and browsing all their vans, through to purchasing and driving away in our mororhome, the service we have recieved has been second to none.
We paid a few visits before dropping on the perfect one for us and Neil Hall (what a great guy) gave us his time, patience,expertise and reassurance that our choice was a great one. All the motorhomes and campers on display are clearly well chosen and all open for inspection, no hard sales but someone is on hand if you need them.
Its such a lot of hard earned money to invest and you need to have faith in the company that you are dealing with and we have never hesitated trusting Oaktree.

Everyone really looked after us and we cannot thank them enough! 10/10!
We will return when we eventually change our van.

We visited Oaktree Motorhome’s on a freezing January afternoon.Our intention was to look at Campervan’s.
We felt completely at ease and the sales staff let us look at our leisure.
There was no pushy salesman.
We left 2 hours later having spent £42k.
We bought an excellent Campervan and we are absolutely delighted with it.

Very friendly and helpful nothing to much bother

From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. All staff were very friendly. We met Phil who showed us to the motorhome we had arranged to see, he left us to look around it and others with no pressure selling. We decided on a motorhome we wanted to buy and the process from Phil was very smooth. We collected the motorhome a week later and Phil was very thorough in showing us how everything worked. We had visited a larger motorhome company before going to Oak Tree and this experience was far better than the big boys.

A very friendly and knowledgeable company.
We were delighted with the pre and after sales service we had.
We would use Oaktree again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

From the moment I first contacted Oaktree to enquire on a Hymer that they had for sale, I was treated with total respect both Brad and Jason who we dealt with the first time we went there could not do enough for us, the motorhome in question had been heavily updated and had all the spec that I wanted and the guys were really helpful showing us around it, like all used vehicles there were bits that needed looking at and without any discussion these were dealt with and the day I went to pick it up it was totally as promised. We have now had it 3 weeks and any small thing that I am not sure of all of the team are happy to help. I will defiantly go back to them for my next Motorhome but not for a while and will defiantly recommend to my friends as I feel they are a company that care about getting the right person into the right vehicle

Great service and customer relations would highly recommend

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very helpful and friendly staff. I did have a few minor issues but they were sorted without hesitation. Dave in the service department was always at hand to help resolve my issues quickly and efficiently. I would recommend anyone looking for a good quality motor home and more importantly a very professional/knowledgeable service don’t go anywhere else but Oaktree Motor Homes 👍👍

After trawling the motorhome sites for almost 14 months searching for my dream motorhome I came across 2 very influential U-tubers, namely' The Urban Motorhome and Wandering Bird', { thank you so much guys } both guided me at different stages of my search to Oaktree web site. I had done my homework and read all the reviews both good and bad so well prepared. Impressed by the level these guys at Oaktree go to in making your dream a reality' It became a long frustrating wait for the right Motorhome to become available and when it did I wasted little time in approaching Oaktree and securing my Motorhome. I was honest and made it clear that I was a 1st timer and this motorhome dream is for me and my daughter to enjoy having never driven a Motorhome before. Andy at Oaktree is what we would call in London a real gent. Yes I know that his job is to make a sale but here the difference. Its not just about a sale at Oaktree its about that personal experience, trust and honesty. And for me' i won't lie my 1st time experience was great. I was driven and collected from the train station. Constantly in communication with Andy though out my many alterations and never ever made to feel that I was being a right pain in the butt. And when I had driven away only to discover a missing part. He put me in touch with Mat at Oaktree who made sure these were delivered to me and installed by a creditable installer close to my location. My upgrades were related to being off grid for a long periods and this is where U-tuber 'Wandering Bird' had influence my choice. I recently took my MH to Suffolk off grid for a long weekend and was never ever worried. Both my daughter and I would like to thank you guys for making our dream a reality. { also all the little freebies given by Andy }

We love our choice. and hope that other first timers experience the same personal touch like I had.

I’m a novice when it comes to technical matters relating to my camper van. I was planning to go on a trip and sorting out some technical things to do with a replacement leisure battery late last week and I got myself into quite the state. I couldn’t get the sergeant panel to accurately measure the leisure battery charge which meant that many of the systems in my van weren’t working.

Myself and my partner approached the team to ask for some advice as we have decided that the first step was to replace our old leisure battery. Right from the get go even just from informal telephone calls, the team could not have been more helpful. Honestly, I was surprised and so relieved to receive excellent helpful and timely advice and feedback. Eventually as I couldn’t quite figure out the problem – this was because of my lack of technical understanding – we took the van to the team at oaktree for them to carry out a diagnosis and advise on a solution. Turns out the solution was straightforward and I am now way more educated on how to read data and the systems in my van. The team could not have been more helpful. They were prompt in responding way more than I felt I could expect. They gave me marvellous technical advice and I absolutely will be visiting them later this year for a further technical upgrade, so I can spend a bit more time off grid.

I want to say an absolutely huge thank you to Paul and Gary and everyone in the team. I’d also to like to acknowledge the help of ‘those happy days’, ‘the roaming Radfords ‘ and ‘wandering bird’, who first mentioned the excellent service at oaktree, through their van life YouTube channels.

What a breath of fresh air Andy was. Very thoroguh and considerate walking me through the purchase of my first Motorhome. Whilst we made two trips from Cornwall it was certainly worth it. There was never any pressure of any sort, and I felt all questions, however seemingly small, were answered fully. The handover was faultless, no rush time taken to explain everything I needed to know in detail. I would recommend Oaktree Motorhomes to anyone.

Just bought my first motor home from Oaktree, the service is second to non, they really do live up to their reputation. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I can't thank Andy enough for his help and advice. The aftercare is fantastic, the staff are always their to provide support and answer any questions 👍

We have just had our second vehicle from here. Andy V was the salesman this time. It’s lovely that staff know you, even if you haven’t been for a while. They take time to speak to you. The handover was great. I had a heap of extra questions, which was also covered. All in all, I would always keep my business with these and recommend them to anyone.

It is a minefield out there when you want to buy a used motorhome. I am so pleased I stumbled across Oaktree (lots of videos on YouTube and walkarounds of each van…… I became a bit of a stalker 😂).
They have a tremendous choice to suit all budgets and it is a pleasant place to visit and wander around looking in each of the vans.
A particular element that kept drawing me back was their sales package and after sales care. With each van you get a full service including cam belt change if needed, habitation check, a years tax and a 3 year RAC warranty. They also service their customers vans if you choose. (I’m sure I’ve forgotten something!!!).
The sale was seamless and done over the phone with our sale person, Phil. ( I had already chosen which van I wanted so no need to go back to the depot until collection day).
The handover was easy and informative and Phil was able to answer any questions we had. The van was spotless and everything worked perfectly.
I wholly recommend this dealer, they are fantastic and our Weinsberg Cara Compact is beautiful ⭐️🚐⭐️

Just purchased a Motorhome from these guys, excellent choice of Motorhomes very relaxed viewing,no high pressure sales. Collected Thursday after a hour and half handover after been shown how everything works, heating,hot water etc. Shout out to Andy who made the buying process pleasant and easy.Cheers guys.

We’d been looking for a motor home for a while and were pleased when we saw that they’d got the model we wanted. We were able to look round without being pressured, but staff were on hand when we needed help. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, it was like one big family. The purchase process was smooth and easy and learning all about the motorhome when we collected it was such a laugh.
