Cannot fault the service we received at Oakheart. Annalise was extremely professional and always at hand to help us/ calm our nerves towards the end of our purchase. She made our experience as first time buyers an absolute dream. We would not hesitate to use Oakheart again in the future!

It’s been a bumpy year in the sale of my flat, after engaging another agent who failed to get people through the door and uncertainty over our budget. Oakheart came through with great service for viewings and sold my place not once, not twice, but three times after buyers’ circumstances changed. Considerable stress took its toll, as we’d lost an onward purchase when a buyer pulled out on the day of exchange, but when the file was taken over by Sammy she was not letting it go until the outcome was secure. My onward purchase (a new build) was precariously hanging in the balance but the office became very grateful for her updates and dedication, and eventually this led to us exchanging today so that my dream home is now secure and my buyers can move in next week. A very stressful time, but I’m glad I had Oakheart representing me.

After few stressful months, we were planning to complete the purchase (using another estate agent) of a BTL property. I requested Rich to manage the property on our behalf. But what's unbelievable is he arranged for a viewing on the day of our completion and the tenant accepted it on the same day. Oakheart does a fantastic job when it comes to enquiring the affordability and credit check of the tenants. The photos were absolutely brilliant. Rich was really honest and very transparent. I really can't thank him enough on doing such a brilliant job.

I will say I felt a little bit pressured to accept the first offer but I did stand my ground and Oakheart got me asking price within a week (two rounds of viewings).

Sammy in particular did a wonderful job of progressing the sale which was very complicated and stressful as was shared ownership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills which in my opinion is key.

I would definitely and already have recommended Oakheart to friends, they've been worth every penny.
