Moved to an Oakheart property recently after having very lacklustre service from our previous estate agents. Oakheart have been incredibly easy to contact and work with, as they have consistently been prompt with complaints and fixing household items. We got a new oven delivered to us within two days of us putting in a complaint, and Alesha has been a great help getting us sorted.

After a disappointing experience with a previous local estate agent, I can not speak more highly of the service we received from Oakheart.
