Danny mcneill in Carlisle store was extremely helpful and went that extra mile

very happy with my oak clothing armoire, just what I wanted. Looks like a piece of furniture.

Be careful! It took three tries to get my items delivered, partially due to the fact that the bed frame was labelled for UK sizes rather than those in the United States. The delivery slip that I was asked to sign said that the bed was King sized, which is true in the UK, but in the US it it called a Queen. I refused the delivery, and it took two more weeks to sort it out. Great help from a customer service rep called Sheldon, but still a pain in the butt that could have been prevented if the label had said "UK King / US Queen."

I never received my order. After two months I canceled my order. I did call and initially was told my order was lost in shipment. I reordered and after another month, still no delivery.
No one from the company contacted me at any time.

I notified the company twice that the sideboard I ordered was damaged. They have not replied. I should not have ordered furniture online. Had I purchased this from a local furniture store, they would have repaired or replaced it by now. Lesson learned.

My order number is ofu-7001236, and order placed on Oct 27, 2018. As of Dec 4, 2018, I still haven't received the item: Galway Natural Solid Oak 3 Drawer Nightstand Item# GAP019OAK. Called them multiple times, and these guys has no idea where is the item now? They charged the customer credit card when the order placed! Is it a scam? I might need to call my credit card company...

Amazing quality for price. Beautiful table delivered when said and in good order. Will be back again.

Brandon was very helpful in the ordering process. Our table arrived as anticipated, and it’s absolutely beautiful! We set it up for Thanksgiving and received so many compliments.

5 star for the delivery. On time and as expected. The two gentlemen who delivered my furniture ( Ian and Dave ) were very helpful, professional and friendly.

The only problem was which has nothing to do with the above comments is that part of my order was incorrect but when contacted customer service the representative was very helpful and happy to help!

Very good experience. Arrived ahead of scheduled date. They contacted me just like they said to set up delivery. Delivery people were courteous, placed the item in my upstairs at no extra charge. Very professional. The only thing that was a surprise was how much packaging material was around the item...WOW!!! I had foam and cardboard everywhere! But it beats having a damaged item. Thank you for excellent service.

The sideboard was very nice. However, I asked if the shelves were adjustable and was very specific about it. The answer was "yes". Well the shelves were not adjustable and it cost me another $75 to have them adjusted.

Other then a very very long wait time for my item, over all service and quality was excellent. The wait time for items needs to improve otherwise excellent

My furniture was never delivered. I tried calling four times, each time I was told that I would receive a call back with an update on my order - I was never called back. I'm still trying to figure out what is happening with my order and will probably try to cancel the order at this point. I've already been waiting two months...This is the worst customer service I've ever received from any company.

Had a delivery today the driver and co driver were so helpful and pleasant my husband is recovering from cancer and could not moved the furniture but they were more than willing we are very happy with service Dave and Ian were fantastic

I ordered an armoir closet from Oakfurnitureland and am very happy with my purchase. It was delivered within the time I was told it would. The deliverers put it together and disposed of the packing. It truly is a beautiful piece of furniture.

Just taken delivery of our new TV cabinet.

It arrived earlier than we anticipated.

Communication in regards to the delivery was excellent.

The delivery guys Clyde, Mark & Paul were great. Placed the cabinet in the room of my choice and delivered the service with a smile.

Highly recommended.
