What an amazing bunch of agents. Right form the start the team have been amazing with constructive advice and guidance , As I am relocating my move wasn't going to be the easiest to manage but the team here were with me all the way helping me with property searches and tenant requirements , it was a shame that me relocation plans changed to another part of the Kent coast but be rest assured if they hadn't then Oakfield is the company I would have used to secure a smooth trouble free move.

Izzy Pannett was my main contact and I had every confidence in her from the word go . I also had the pleasure of speaking with Charlie who again was super , I didn't have to repeat myself as he now my situation right from the start of the call and finally Josh who again was transparent and a pleasure to deal with

Great experience with Oakfield! Generally haven’t been too impressed with estate agents previously, but Oakfield are friendly, helpful and on the ball. Eleanor has helped me get the property I wanted, and has been a great point of contact throughout. Thank you Eleanor and Oakfield team!

Moved out of the flat two days ago as tenancy came to an end, and had giving my notice a month prior. Also handed my keys back at the check-out inspection. Had a call today chasing for my rent as it was due!

You would think that since I moved out & handed my keys back, they would have this recorded on the system, all they care about is your money!

Oakfield helped my partner and I move into a lovely 2 bedroom flat. The team were super helpful but Eleanor and Lily went above and beyond for us both. Definitely recommend these estate agents; thank you very much for the help guys!

An outstanding service from the team at Oakfield in Bexhill! From the valuation of the property by Jo to the completion by David and conversations with Charlotte and Sam inbetween, we got a very quick result. Having worked with Oakfield staff for 9 years now managing a few properties for me, no complaints - quite the opposite. All staff I deal with are mostly on phone or email; Rebecca for property management, Skye for accounts, always very helpful. I am not allowed to have a favourite, but Gemma has been fabulous in sorting my properties, and helping to get the best out of them for me. I see many years to come with Oakfield yet.

He has been really kind and helpful, understanding that she is selling her home of many years with huge sentimental value. Awful service from this estate agent. I would avoid if I were you. Incompetent, lazy and would lose our documents often as a delaying tactic when we were applying for houses. Extremely poor communication as they were not interested in us as potential tenants, and were just plain rude. Such a shame that nice properties are rented through them.

I have had excellent service over the past 2 weeks. Lucy write at the bexhill branch has been fantastic with responding to my emails and calls. Lucy is extremely polite and a fantastic agent.
