I learned a lot from will and Paul about Rolex it wasn’t just about going in the shop and buying a watch it was about learning the Rolex story and what they really are, my appointment was not rushed in any way and I used all the amenities there and felt like I was a king for the day

Visiting Oakbury yesterday for the first time was an amazing experience. The staff are so welcoming and Brad and William really were incredible. They certainly know their watches. They took their time with us and my husband was so pleased with the watch that he purchased. A special shout out to Dominique who I first spoke to and who stayed in touch throughout this journey. Bought a 2025 Rolex Submariner (non date) in April 26. I dealt with Brad from the Lichfield office. The whole process was very smooth and professional and we negotiated a fair deal including trade in on my existing Rolex "Bluesey". Due to my paranoia about the number of "super clones" on the market at the moment I have had the watch independently authenticated. As expected, no issues whatsoever.
Great offices in Lichfield and great people to deal with. Would highly recommend.
