I am actually so disappointed with this company. They offered me a decent deal to consolidate my credit into one affordable payment through them in a "triple lock guarantee on both clear score and Experian so I thought I have this no issue. 4 whole days later of calling and emailing they told me no as they said my income was different from what I initially claimed. I have no idea where this came from as I provided both a payslip, contract with work and bank statements so the fact they can say something totally incorrect and decline me is aggravating. Since this has run a hard search on my credit my credit score has significantly dropped from good status to poor status and I'm remortgaging my house in a few months so to say I'm livid is an understatement. STOP OFFERING GURANTEED LOAN OFFERS IF ITS NOT GURANTEED. THATS ALL I ASK

Got more chance of getting my nans bank card than getting anything out of these lot.

They just don't stop calling if you miss payment. I made my missed payment, paid off this morning at 9am but I have since received 6 calls at 2pm. I keep telling them is the arrears I paid. Even they called me again whilst on a phone with another their customer service rep. Avoid them. I wish I can post their call log screen here. Avoid Avoid Avoid

i keep getting there searches on my credit file and i have never heard of them never mind making a application for a loan how are these shysters allowed to get away with this this has been going on for months just stop it

Due to un foreseen circumstances I had to phone up and ask for reduced repayments for a short while.( I have not missed a payment in nearly 3 years) I was met with a very rude and uncompassionate young lady that made me feel absolutely worthless. Speaking to her was more like an interrogation and her judgement of me and my circumstances was not only embarrassing for me but upsetting! My family lost another family member to cancer in February this year (only 21years old) and all I asked for was a little breathing space to catch up, but was made to feel like I was some sort of scummy criminal..Disgusting service.

Even 1 star is too much! Terrible company to deal with! They don't communicate well! AVOID THEM

On behalf of a family member that has been a subject of fraud. After a 20min conversation, that has taken 3months for the fraud team to call a decision was made due to Likely Loans process checks. These checks do not account for identify fraud! The process is flawed and I recommend highly this is investigated. As part of FCA regulations the company is to act with due care a diligence, and treat customers fairly. Only my requests for SAR and a formal complaint has anything started to move forwards with. In 20mins a decision has been made even though the company has verbally admitted that fraud has taken place, yet the loan for £5000 is being upheld. The process does not match what is being discussed and I am beyond words as to how this treatment is unfair and causing severe distress.

Avoid as they are liars. They are claiming I missed a payment but not giving me a date as they are lying, their manager Richard does not know what he is doing and keep giving different months of missed payments, I proved him wrong every time and showed him proof of payments and he is still saying I am behind which does not make any sense.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ESPECIALLY FROM ANDREW WHO IS MEANT TO BE A MANAGER

Was told I was expecting a redress repayment last week. Rang for an update as I was told it would be processed last week. Adviser I spoke to could not see any progress?? No real escalation process other than asking their 'team captain'. Poor all round just saying what you want to hear and fob you off by looks of it with no real care or thought for customer or their situation.

Avoid company at all costs, I applied for a loan to see if accepted and what interest rate offered, a few days later i received an email to advise that the loan amount will be paid into my bank account next working day, sure enough the funds were deposited into my account.

I did not accept the loan or sign any credit agreement but they still issued the loan, I then had to contact them to cancel the loan and was told that a interst paymeny of £55.84 had been applied, when i questioned this they advised that there is a check box somewhere on the application form where you are signing the credit agreement. (I dont recall this checkbox on the application).

Surely when applying for a loan, you should be able to make a decision on whether or not you want to go ahead with the loan and not have the company deposit the loan and then charge interest when canceling the loan. Be very carefull when applying for the loan as if passed without any agreement from you they deposit the money and if you cancel charge an extortionate amount of interest.

The interest for their loans are high. Beware! If you have to enter a temporary arrangement they mark it on your credit file as missed payments so it looks as though you haven’t paid anything! When you raise a dispute they further blemish your credit report by inaccurately reporting a credit application which again disadvantages your score. If these things are unimportant to you I still recommend proceeding with due care and caution. I do not intend to use them ever again.
