Received expensive light which did not work. They would not send a replacement or even a replacement proprietary part/controller so I could have it repaired by a lamp repair shop. Canned responses and terrible customer service that extended for many weeks. I now have an expensive paperweight and lesson learned to deep dive into reviews. From the Netherlands so no recourse here in the states at all.

I ordered the magnetic lashes as the video showed a woman simply blinking to drop them into place, and a guarantee that they would refund if not completely happy. I was not completely happy; far from it.
What a received were lashes with a sticky glue like substance at the base. They did not "simply" blink into place.
I contacted them and was repeatedly told I could receive a 15% refund and keep them, or send them to China to get a full refund. This company claim to be in the Netherlands!
I was told IF the goods arrived in China I would then receive my refund. IF! Alarm bells rang immediately and I told them this was unsatisfactory, and that I wanted a full refund or they would receive a negative review. In response, they sent me the same email I orginally received, disregarding my response entirely, so here we are.
If you want to throw money away, at least give it to charity. Don't give this company a cent

The worst! What I ordered was stylish and looked like high-quality material maybe a mix of cotton and linen what I got was a cheap print on supercheap material. It would be too embarrassing to even give it to my Housekeeper. I have to pay to send it back to China or accept a 10% refund. Stay away!

Beware. Just received a suspicious alert from my bank about these twice monthly payments I knew nothing about. Seems I was automatically enrolled after purchasing an $8 item into a recurring payment for who knows what
Tried to cancel my subscription on line, won't allow, called them up no answer just a suspicious email for a response. Working with my bank about next steps

I ordered a nano hair steamer gun last week. Despite requesting for updates they have refused to answer my emails and as previous customers have stated you cannot get through to them when you call. This company is a fraud and a front to steal your money. If it was possible to give it a zero I will. It will never ever go well with this company and anyone attached to it for conniving to steal customers money. Karma is on standby.

I am being charged monthly for what? There is no product that was delivered.
They do not answer the phone and when you try to cancel the subscription the cancel Icon does not work
Turns out they have been charging me $47.50 US for 6 months and I didn't catch it. No product and no reason for the charges

Never order from this company FRAUDULENT charges to my charge card. Unfortunately, my mistake was not to check my activity on my acct until to late

What a scam! These people have basically set me up to charge my account $18.33 every month and will neither cancel my "membership" I supposedly signed up for nor refund the money for things I NEVER RECEIVED. I am taking this to the BBB in the hopes of shutting these crooks down.

Beware, this company scams consumers into a $25 CAD monthly membership by alleging that consumers have consented by signing up by checking a box at checkout. Then refuses to refund. Unethical business practice and they should be ashamed.
When I finally realized (after over a year of charges), I Googled the company name and realized that there are warnings all over the internet.

Never signed up and keep getting charged even after I cancelled my subscription. One more charge and I take legal action

Got scammed by them. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They will steal 18.33 USD monthly from you until they are caught.

This company is taking out $18.33 each month from my checking - this is a scam - they have no live telephone support. Call your bank and cancel your debit card and get a new one. Pretty shady.

I believe I have been scammed by this company. I ordered a travel bag on facebook. It never arrived. Subsequently have discovered they have been taking about £14 or £15 a month for a subscription they said I had signed up for. Nor did I receive a so called "welcome" email telling me how to register. I have received what appears to be a computer generated email saying they ad attached a copy of my application. They did not. There is no telephone service and despite trying several different ways to contact them I am always cut off.

I can not even give them 1 star. I ordered a product a year ago and was immediately charged 18.33 USD per month. Like others mentioned, I tried calling them and emailing them. I have 13 canned responses telling me that they have a signed contract from me. They do not.

Along with many others, I realized that I was being billed via my credit card $18.33 per month from December, 2022 until June, 2023. Beginning in June, 2023 two payments of 18.33 have been charged to my credit card and have continued to date. Yesterday, when I realized that this was happening, I contacted my credit card company and stopped any further payments and requested an investigation into this obvious scam. I know that Oak and Hearth has responded with a standard line to most of the previous complaints claiming that the consumer knowingly signed up for some kind of monthly service that seemingly provides nothing to the customer. They have claimed that they send out an email to those “signees” explaining the service with instructions as to how to cancel.

I can assure you that I never received such an email. This company is a complete sham and should not be allowed to continue with this illegal practice.

Scammers and frauds. Charging $18.33 to my debit account every month. Just filed a fraud claim with my bank. These people are garbage and should be locked up!!!!!!!!!!!

I am receiving a charge of $ 18.33 dollars every month on my CC, and I even know what it was for. This time I will all my CC to block your charges and try to get the amount I was charged without my permission for the last 8 months!

THIS IS A SCAM ! DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY.
I purchased one bag in October 22 and they have been taking regular payments from my account ever since!
Their T & C’s are NOT transparent
