This moving company helped my friend move. I was so impressed with their work I hired them to move me as well. They did not dissapoint. They were fast, courteous and flexible. Really made the process a breeze.

Ali and his team worked efficiently and carefully. They were kind, patient and experienced. I would hire them again for another move.

The workers were cordial, pleasant, fast and reliable. They were polite and cleaned up when the job was done.

The guys were right on time and got right to work with taking furniture apart, covering and wrapping items and loading the truck. They made the move very quick and easy. Andrew and Max were also extremely responsive and quick to answer questions and work around my schedule.

We had a death in the family overseas and the whole team rallied to do our move without us. Above and beyond. The team kept us fully informed on each step, took immense care without possessions and ensured all beds and dining tables were built before leaving

Was super hopeful that these movers would be efficient and good at moving our things to our new apartment, especially with all their wonderful Google reviews. Unfortunately all we got was a crew of idiots who seemed to think that a customer should feel and act "positive" after being informed that their move is actually going to be much higher than originally quoted. And you would think, after telling a customer this update and they say "fine, let's do it." That means to move forward with the move. Not with Great Movers! They moved their asses right out of our apartment and into their truck where they sped away and refused to explain themselves beyond "the office should call you". 10 minutes of me and my partner repeatedly saying "yes, we'll pay!" While the movers freaked out that we were less than pleased
No apologies for the incident either from the office once I got a hold of them and they had the gall to ask if we would move our moving date to the next day without any mention of a discount for their shitty customer service.

Here's the thing. Does it suck that our move went from around 1600 dollars to somewhere over 2000? Of course. But if someone says "I understand why there are higher labor costs, so I will pay them." They shouldn't have to pretend that they are happy about it to get service. 4 grown men getting uncomfortable because two women were honest about how they didn't like their price being increased but would still accept service. Oh, and greedy too- the second the price went up the man in charge of the team started stammering about "needing a higher tip" too.

At the end of the day, they were just too scared to do their actual job. Next time, skip Great Movers and find someone else who will actually stick to what they say they will do.

This company sent an unprofessional crew of guys that were fighting amongst each other and sloppy with handling my furniture. They dropped a Marble dining table off their truck that cracked in half. They told me to call the office and file a claim. The office has not respond to our claim and will not take responsibility. They sent over a BLANK COI. THEY ARE AWFUL. They ARE NOT INSURED.

These movers were excellent. They arrived on time, were courteous, careful, and very efficient. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped. I would highly recommend them.

On time to the job, carefully wrapped the furniture and got it to the new location without a hitch. I wish all my moves were this easy.

My move seemed to be going as planned until at least three pieces of furniture were damaged. I filed a claim but I have not received any response to my claim. It may not be compensated. In addition, the cost was much higher than expected - hundreds of dollars higher. I'm surprised that more pieces were not damaged because the wrapping and packing were not properly done. choose another mover.

They were also wrapped and protected all our furniture and items carefully before placing them into the moving truck. When we got to the new house, they were unpacked and unwrapped my belongings, items and placed where we asked them too.
