Got my Nyan Gear book bag in the mail the other day! I absolutely love it!! Shipping was super fast and quality is amazing! My only regret is not buying them sooner! Also the wireless air pump is a game changer!! If you are on the fence about getting one take this as your sign to get two!!!

Honestly way more than 5 stars! Nyan Gear is the way to go especially if you are a night rider.
Even people on the freeway throw a thumbs up. It’s super visible. Very spacious backpack. I love the extra cross the chest strap for security. The straps aren’t hitting you when you’re riding.
Very durable! The app connects right away and it also connects right when you plug in the power bank! I would recommend buying the power bank from Nyan Gear. Also, if anything is wrong with any of the items, they will respond to you almost right away. It’s truly an honor to be riding with my Nyan Gear backpack. The cost is worth it. You won’t be disappointed. The backpack itself even comes with a bag that you can put the backpack in to keep it protected. It’s like a mesh cover. I always put my backpack in the bag it came with after every use to protect it. I even kept the nice box it comes with. You literally can put anything in your backpack. I even uploaded a picture and it looked nice!

Fantastic customer service. Great item. I love the options available and have had a lot of fun picking which ones to save to my bag. I love the option to upload videos and drawings as well. Will definitely be buying the thigh bag to match the backpack.

THIS HAS BEEN EDITED PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING! I ordered the LED backpack, the roadside tool kit, the 10,000 mAh power bank and got a compact tire inflator for free with my purchase. i was so excited to finally have one of these backpacks. i check the tracking info daily. hourly even. i see that my package was delivered today. OH so exciting. i rush home. open the box. it is only the backpack. no power bank. no roadside kit. no tire inflator. the backpack is cool don’t get me wrong, but it needs to be connected to a power bank to work… hence buying the power bank…. that never came…. /// update: i emailed them about the situation (maybe not so nicely but i apologized i promise) and they replied so fast. like within 6 minutes of me sending my first email. asked for a picture of what i received. so i sent them the image with the box, the dust bag, the backpack, and the instruction pamphlet. i also did in fact apologize for being curt in my first email. and the CEO / Founder replied and said he will get everything shipped out as asap. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 backpack.

My light up backpack is a hit on the slopes! All the skiers and snowboarders love it and ask me where to get it! Wear this and your friends and family will never lose you again.

Love the backpack, the app is easy to use and u can literally put anything on it, so fun and makes it easy for people to spot you on the road when riding :)

I’ve recently purchased and rode with the Nyan gear pack on and it was great. I felt so safe and got so many compliments. Batteries last forever. It’s like a community owning one I think all bikers need one or even if you don’t have a bike they are just cool to use and own.

I love my thigh bag!! It fits a good amount of stuff and you can add anything on to it from the app. The quality is super durable and the fit of the bag is very comfortable!
