my booking
On the day of my booking, there were traffic restrictions in London.
A situation was therefore created where drivers were unable to arrive at the meeting point at the time of the appointment. It was unexpected, but the driver was grateful that he found a possible parking space and picked us up at the meeting point we had agreed in our contract.
And also, We are grateful that the luggage of a passenger who left his belongings on the bus on the way home has also been returned.
I will ask for another booking next year.

Everything. Coach arrived late, driver unsuitable toilet out of order tv not working. Journey took more than double the expected time due to driver error. The guests were late for the show. Simply the worst journey, high profile guests placed in danger

Disjointed booking process
Because the company I used now comes under the National Express umbrella, the process of booking and paying felt very disjointed as apposed to the normal process of dealing direct with the coach company.
Although I booked two coaches for a school trip and had confirmed the exact meeting point several times, only one coach turned up. We had a stressful 10 minutes waiting in the rain with 50 kids to find out that the other coach had parked on the wrong road. Apart from that it all went smoothly and the drivers were very pleasant.

Standards have been maintained over how many years on the trot I have been using the company polite helpful driver coach always very clean and comfortable only stopped being a 5 was coach not being the one I was told would be allocated meant to be rear lounge instead got rear kitchen always knew it was what was available on the day which I was ok with but on payment I was given the choice & the rear lounge supposedly allocated to me when finding out when coach turned up it was a disappointment

The coach was very comfortable and had air conditioning which helped as it reached 28 degrees, the driver Daniel was so helpful and kind, he helped with all the walkers and wheelchairs getting them on the coach and making sure we all got on safely. He dropped us right by the sea front and outside the toilets and again helping us all and was so patient. Everyone had a wonderful day and the journey made it all worth it, thankyou so much for a wonderful day and looking after us all.

Just Excellent
Local Company (Always good !), competitively priced and outstanding coach. The drivers Drivers Jordan and Laverne were incredible. We booked to go to a mixed Ability Rugby event in Coventry. The time and effort these guys put in explaining how the coach worked and chucking a ball about with our young people was wonderful to see. A real credit to the company and I wont be looking anywhere else in future.

School visit to Normandy
I would wholeheartedly recommend Rachel and Stuart as drivers to any school organising visits abroad. I have led this visit to Normandy for 20 years, and I know that drivers can make or break a residential abroad. Rachel and Stuart certainly made ours this year.
