A driver for this company wanted to run me off the road, had a fit of road rage, and then gave obscene gestures. National Express denied it was one of their subcontractors buses, then admited it when I provided evidence, and all along have been as unprofessional and dishonest as is possible to be. All they ever needed to do was apologise and feed back what they would do. Threatened with a 19 tonne bus.
So the police however, are interested.

I booked this company for my daughters wedding. We had a return journey and both of these arrived on time to pick us. Staff were friendly and accommodated us with several pickups and drop-offs. I would use this company again!

Our fabulous coach driver contacted our venue and worked seamlessly with them to travel down the slightly pot hole filled road. He collected all of our guests from their hotels, to our ceremony venue and back to our reception. Thank you!

We used Worthing Coaches for a recent 4 day rugby tour to Holland. Despite the best that the UK's crippled infrastructure could throw our way over the Easter weekend which resulted in c8 hours just to get from Brighton to the onboard the ferry itself (and similar delays at Calais coming home... what a great idea Brexit was btw), the whole coach experience was excellent. Really superb service provided by our driver Richard who was a consummate pro.

What a credit to your company to an excellent driver. He was absolutely fantastic having been on several girlguiding Europe trips I have never experienced such a driver, he was amazing, so many tips advice for us and tailored our trip to our needs. We had 2 very small children with us and he was supportive and helpful with these and understood there needs where different to others. Phil went above and beyond, approachable, knowledgeable about area, friendly, smooth driver, cared a lot for passengers especially of the younger ones. Will definitely be booking again with Phil for our next adventure.

Jason the driver was extremely helpful. Our flight was delayed 90 mins and we had further 30 mins delay on motorway due to roadworks. We were group of 16 children (u11s) and 3 adults and Jasons did all he could to manage delays and to make our travel enjoyable. Well done Jason - thank you.
