Glasses do not work. Did not improve vision at all. AFTER REV[EW WAS ISSUED FULL REFUND.

the materials are cheap,instructions are just some blured pictures, and the stand is not straight, and the wieght is lopsided so it will not opperate no matter how much wind there is,,,,,,,,

I ordered a steamer for my clothes. As I was ordering,other charges were sneaking in. I tried to work around them. I ended up paying for the steamer and 2 extra charges to equal an additional 20 dollars. I tried to cancel the order but was unsuccessful. So very disappointed. I should have checked the reviews before I ordered from this company. Lesson learned. Now on April 2nd, I recieved 9.99 back from a "mystery gift" I didn't order. Now I am fighting for my money back on a FLAT IRON and a 9.99 warranty I didn't order. Instead of a Steamer I got a FLAT IRON. It is such a mixed up mess. And NXTGizmo won't send me a return label to send it back. Instead they want to give me a 20% discount. Trying to shut me up?

Ordered their projector which received excellent reviews and referrals on a number of websites. The unit we received throws a faint picture requiring complete darkness in the room while the picture image itself is very dark and muddy. We figured this is fixed easily in a setting somewhere, but there does not appear to be a tech support department and customer service simply emailed me the brochure that came in the box. This projector is useless without these fixes. It is also not inexpensive. Waste of money. Won't recommend.

She displayed an unbelievable amount of patience, she kept telling to take my time. Thus, I felt joyful tears within me. She made me happy by standing well, in my shoes....feeling and understanding my frustrations. God bless her.

Bought the device(2) that was supposed to lower electric bill by "smoothing out" the electric wave. My bill didn't go down a penny. Wasted $100.

I honestly don't know where to begin, so I will begin at the beginning of my experience with NxtGizmo. In early December 2025, online, I viewed a Nxtgizmo info ad for a Gizmo gadget. A close up photo showed a small stream lined plug in gadget that looked like a white old fashioned tract cellular put in your pocket, flip phone. My first tract flip phone was white, with a black rubber nub of an antennae. I purchased it at Kmart, and it came with 30 anytime talk minutes. When I ran low on talk minutes, I had to drive to Kmart to purchase more anytime talk minutes, and my pocket phone was topped up with talk minutes. Cellular service was provided by Virgin Mobile. The Gizmo instructions were, simply plug it into a socket closest to your circuit breaker box. If it is operating properly a green light will light up. The Gizmo is advertised as converting residential household AC electrical current which is inefficient because much of the wavy electrical current escapes copper/aluminum wiring. Gizmo is supposed to convert the AC current into DC current that travels through wiring in a straight line. I was advised to make note of the date I plugged it in, and then look at my next Electric bill (save it), and then periodically check to see that Gizmo's light is consistently green, and then when the next Electric bill arrives, compare Electricity usage to that of the previous month's usage bill (cost). At this point, I should see a reduction in electricity usage, and cost. I emailed NxtGizmo's Customer Support, describing my well built, well insulated cottage built in 1940. At some point the wiring had been upgraded to copper wiring insulated with a vinyl or rubber material coating. The cottage is approximately 800 sq.feet, one story, with 12' ceilings. Attic is well insulated with appropriate fiberglass moisture resistant batting. On January 30th, 2026 I received my current electric bill, and my usage was up from that of the previous month because it has been unseasonably cold here in Eastern, North Carolina, and with my heat blasting 24/7, and currently 12" of snow on the ground. I am actually looking forward to receiving my electric bill next month for February 2026, and will compare my electrical usage (cost) to that of the previous month of January. When I received my Gizmo, Nxtgizmo shipped me two Gizmo's, and a small narrow stainless steel stubby container with tiny stainless steel instruments inside of it. I emailed Nxtgizmo to let them know they had mistakenly shipped me two Gizmo's when I only ordered, and paid for one. And, I asked is the small, narrow stainless steel container with tiny stainless steel tools inside of it a gift to use for tuning my sewing machine, or to tighten the screws in my eyeglasses? Nxtgizmo's Customer Service promptly responded in email, that the tools were sterilized surgical steel instruments designed to carefully remove ear wax (lol) from ears. I emailed back, okay, just what I needed (lol). Nxtgizmo, and I have corresponded regularly. I consider Nxtgizmo to be a technical company ahead of it's time, and every Family in need should be issued Gizmo's to reduce their monthly cost of Electricity. If our current President, and Administration want to help American citizens economically, they could issue Gizmo's to anyone that requests one. They are inexpensive, and I believe most Families could somehow manage to afford one, or two. How about if Billionaire Oligarghs such as Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Tim Cook, Mark Zuckerberg, President Donald Trump, and The Trump Organization show a little Philanthropy, and GIVE to those in NEED, by donating Gizmos to all Americans in need of some relief. They, of course, would all receive a tax deduction on their income tax returns for their generous donations, and contribution to American Society, and feel pride in MAGA. The Nxtgizmo Company Team Members are my HEROES. They deserve to be Honored.

Nothing went wrong with the company! Ordering and delivery were top notch. The hearing aid is false advertisement, not a top notch aid! they are junk! quit working in 4 days. place in charger at night get out in the morning with charger showing green light for fully charged but 1 with not work period no matter how many times you press and button and it beeps and the other will stop working after a couple hours. Junk!

I have an issue with a power washer & the customer agent Ariza has been: courteous, professional, understanding & polite in assisting me with my product. I need to follow up with a video of the problem & hopefully receive a replacement. I have been in customer service business for 43 years & Ariza is a gem of an employee!

I rated this company a 3 because I didn’t read 1 review where someone hasn't had to speak to a CSR. I was going to order a photo stick, however, not thrilled about the order not going smoothly.

I received a faulty remote control with my new Projector. I reached out to customer service via email, and within 24 hrs, they assessed the problem and sent me a replacement. Their quick response and willingness to rectify the problem were commendable. They clearly stand behind their product.

I got a pair of their amplihear hearing aids. They are junk. The instruction manual shows the basics but doesn't tell you turn off the aids when charging or it will squeal. Then the right aid only lastef 4hrs not the full 12-20hrs as they say. The left aid won't turn off now.
I did get a refund but had to keep calling back because when I was on hold the call would disconnect. I wouldn't recommend them
