Jenn made everything so easy for me, she is professional, patient and caring. Although it's a difficult thing to do (putting your affairs in order), Jenn made it easy at what was a very difficult time losing my husband. Thank you so much!

I have always avoided this process as things felt very overwhelming and I had little knowledge and understanding. The biological clock is ticking though and i wanted to ensure things were in order for my family when the time comes. It's good to be prepared!! Jenn was patient, friendly, informative and very helpful. She spent time getting to know us and figured out the best way she could be most helpful to our family, even reviewing our current protection which proved to be beneficial as we figured it wasn't enough to cover us.
