I had James out today, doing a survey to see if i qualify for insulation. He was so professional, very knowledgeable and really thorough, whilst also being so lovely and friendly, and made me feel comfortable as soon as he walked in, as he knew i was a little anxious about possibly needing such a big job done so close to christmas. Just such a really friendly guy. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Eco geek did an EPC at my property. Booking was easy I contacted them via the gov.Uk website and they were very accommodating to my availability so close to Christmas. They were punctual, they were polite, pleasant, professional and gave advice how to better the energy performance of my property. They were reasonably priced too and gave excellent customer service throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and I am planning to use them again myself in the future.

Spoke to both Danny & Ben - both very helpful & explained procedures/tips & advice given. Arrived on time as arranged with no problems - would definitely recommend- have already done so! Great customer service - made everything simple & easy - very happy

Sale of property held up due to a minor error on EPC needing urgent correction. Danny gave this matter priority and produced an amended EPC within hours despite his callouts. Much appreciated & highly recommended.
