I did not receive my product!!!
I did not receive my product!!!
Site allowed me to spend money. Then I had to do an age verification check, which failed on my address and bank card. Finally worked on my driving license. (I am 48).
Have waited a long time but product has not arrived.

Hi Martin, unfortunately there was some confusion as we received a different delivery address to billing address. We have discussed with you directly and you have made us aware you would like the e-liquids to be delivered to your billing address. Another order is on its way to you. Enjoy!

Waited over a week to arrive
Took ages to come. Small coils sent in a big box that was totally unnecessary.

Risposta di NVee Eliquids and Devices
Hi there! Our Free Standard Delivery takes up to 5-7 working days to arrive. We ship our products in a big box to make sure it is received by an adult, if we shipped it in an envelope that could fit through the mail box, we would not be able to verify the receiver's age.
Quick delivery and great products
