I ordered the miswak, my order arrived with packaging damaged and miswak had been opened. I contacted the company straight away with photo evidence. They said they would send replacements Feb 2026 and I still have not received anything. I have emailed several times but am getting no response.
I have never heard of this company. I have never ordered any thing from this company. Over the last 3 months they have made 6 withdrawals from my account totalling $650. I am shattered!!
Don’t fall for this one like I did! Clever marketing but it’s all fake. I ordered the glass skin collagen night wrapping mask - advertised as all natural and reef-safe (not that a night product necessarily needs this - should have caught the red flag!)
The product has a different ingredient list than advertised and is not reef safe at all due to two UV filters that harm coral reefs. (Two of the slightly dodgy sunscreen ingredients you probably also want to avoid). It is not fully natural and lacks cruelty free certification. Undisclosed ingredients include Dibutyl Adipate, a synthetic emollient that may cause irritation, Ethylhexyl Triazone, a chemical UV filter that is not reef safe, and multiple silicones and preservatives. Add to this the crappy packaging and that it came from China, with no accreditation or branding. There are typos all over the box and it’s just total rubbish. Please don’t get caught out!
