This place is a total scam! There are NO REFUNDS. Real pieces of S**T. Avoid at all costs.

I would not use this company. They DO NOT give refunds. They only issue store credit. What Bull S. If I had know this I would not have ordered from them!

Very unfortunate experience. I purchased two nuudii bras through their website after seeing an ad on Instagram. I was hesitant because I've been burned buying things from IG before but this is a legit website with tons of verified reviews and purchases. So I went for it. Spent 100$ for two, I bought the nude one for an upcoming wedding, it was an off the shoulder dress, not easy to find a bra for. I placed an order on the 18th of April, the bras didn't come to my house until May 3rd, so I was already in Philadelphia, the wedding happened on May 1st. That's over 2 weeks for shipment. Then when I get back home and try them on they are teeny weeny, WAY too small my entire nipple was showing. Frustrated because I measured myself, I am normally 32A, so SS should have fit. It was like a SKIM, literally two threads of fabric. I'm already frustrated because they didn't reach me in time for the event I bought them for and then measurements were not for American sizing/women like are you kidding??
So I send an email to their support asking how to request a refund, their website is cumbersome. Provides incorrect order information and only let's you choose exchanges. But you can't just return. Their support emails me back and says "we're a small business, sorry no refunds". That's absolutely crazy to me, especially if the item doesn't provide correct measurements. As a small business owner myself, customer satisfaction is my number 1. If someone wants to return for any reason idk why you would say no....
This is clearly a one time buy kinda store. They used some foreign delivery system too, my exchange has now taken over 11 days. I can see on the tracking its just been sitting in a warehouse in NJ for 3 days. Called to cancel through the courier and they rudely said they don't have shit to do with Nuudii customer service they just sent the parcel.... ok...
I called my bank to issue a dispute after I tried to ask for a refund 1 more time and they never replied.

Never got my exchange. Had to contact my bank for my money back. Over 30 day processing and shipping time for incorrectly advertised bras that resemble dental floss. Never returning. Good luck to anyone else who tries. Absolute trash experience.

The most awkward fit. Can't wear it.
I tried multiple sizes because you can only exchange for store credit unfortunately. Both bras were the most uncomfortable bras ever. Also I noticed my 1 star review didn't actually post to their site which is shady. Looks like they're hiding any negative reviews. Don't waste your money!

Scammy!!! Refusing return due to tags being removed (not clearly stated when purchasing).

I bought this bra from an Instagram ad. I knew it wasn’t a traditional bra, but I was intrigued by all the different ways to style it with outfits.

When it arrived, I was already skeptical and didn’t like the material. Honestly, I should have returned it right then. This product is not worth the price. Still, I wanted to give it a fair shot and see if it lived up to what the company advertised.

I followed the instructions, but there is absolutely no support, and the fabric and overall quality are poor. I would never have paid $54 for this, and to make matters worse, their return policy is even worse. They also don’t provide a phone number to contact customer service, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating.
Do not purchase.

Horrible. Literally the worst fitting bra ever! It shows every bump and bulge (back, armpit, double-bubble) even if you are 'fit'. The sizing they provide is wildly inaccurate, and they DO NOT offer returns, just an exchange for another ill-fitting bra. Don't do it.

I purchased a bra online thinking that if it didn't fit or I didn't like it, I would return and get my money back... like all online stores do. Beware!!!! Nuudii is NOT one of those honorable companies. If the product doesn't fit or you do not like it, you are forced to use store credit. What am I supposed to buy? I didn't like the only thing they sell. What a ripoff!

This company wrote me asking why I was "ghosting" them. I was not ghosting them, I was trapped by them! I tried several bras, in several sizes, and they were all way too tight, flattening my breasts (which are not huge...unlike all of the ones in their photos, which you should notice, are all very large). I have no recourse since there is no return policy, only an exchange policy. There should be the ability to return for first-time customers at least. The straps were too short and not adjustable, causing the tight bra to ride up. I don't need any underwear, and, although I wouldn’t mind a shirt, they are all cropped too short for me. I am posting this to warn others. (There was no way to post a review on the Nuudii site itself, they just show the ones they want shown, which tells you something...)

Predatory practices. I purchased four bras, total, in various styles and sizes (bc I read many reviews saying their sizing tends to be wildly inaccurate). They don't do refunds. At all. Technically it is my fault as I should have made sure before purchasing, but they do say that they do returns (they actually mention their 'easy returns' throughout their website), it's only after digging through their FAQ do they clarify that they "accept returns in the form of store credit." And they only offer exchanges ONCE. One of the two bras that did work for me, ripped right down the center the first full day I wore it. Cheaply made. Stay away from this company!
