Highly recommended with fair prices!
My experience started a bit slow but it was because I never got any replies, I thought. But them were all in my spam filter. Then, everything went smooth and fast. They control all orders manually to make sure all is available as, how I understand, their business is not just the website shop. One item was unfortunate not available but that's wasn't a big deal as it happens with limited collectibles. After payment; and the issue date of the coins which was postponed a bit I received the 18 coins within a couple of days by courier which was paid by them instead of slower post service.

Communication can be better - often a reply is 3-4 days and not 1; but to get a great deal and amazing items makes up for it. Will be back to get more items from them for sure.

Very good experience! Communication was smooth and clear throughout. The pre-order item was shipped promptly upon release, exactly as promised. Everything went perfectly. Highly recommended!

This company is absolutely hopeless! Never buy their coins on pre-order!

Never!

I paid for the coin over a year ago! Over a year! I have all the screenshots of my order! This company keeps pushing back the release date for the "Dinosaur Extinction" coin. Over a year! No reasonable deadlines! If this company is having problems with its business, just shut down! This is not your business! You are not a manufacturer of any coins and do not deceive potential buyers!

I ordered an item that was listed as "On Stock/For Backorders". After three days the order confirmation was still missing, so I emailed them to check. I received the info that my order has been cancelled due to the fact that the item is sold out at the supplier. So they simply cancelled my order.
Seems they do only some sort of drop shipment, not having their own stock. So they obviously have absolutely no control on which items are really available.

pre-ordered the 5oz Tiffany Gold coin from NumisCollect and had to pay in advance, which initially made me a bit unsure—especially after seeing a few mixed comments online. However, the whole process turned out to be smooth and reliable.

Shipping updates were sent automatically once the coin was on its way, and it arrived securely packaged about a week after the official release date. The coin itself was in perfect condition—exactly what I was hoping for.

All in all, I had a great experience with NumisCollect and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I recently bought a coin from NumisCollect, and the experience was fantastic. The 25% discount for their 25th anniversary was a great bonus, making it the perfect time to shop. The ordering process was smooth, communication was clear and helpful, and the coin arrived quickly in secure packaging. Highly recommend NumisCollect for their excellent service and great deals!

Unreliable seller. Moreover, I paid for the order a month ago, there has been no delivery to this day and they stopped answering my questions.

Site de m**de.Ce clochard vends des trucs qu il n a pas...A fuir ce blaireau

I pre-ordered a coin in August 2023. It has been available for months on their site but despite my multiple requests, they did not send me this coin and no longer respond to my emails

Bought several times from this shop last few years. Orders and pre-orders are sent within promised dates and arrived quickly after. Really like the Palau Vikings coin!

When I ordered my coins the end of December 2021 it shipped very fast and already received them last week.
I'm really happy with Numiscollect. It first looked not because of some bad reviews. But isn't it always that complaining customers reach out first? I'm happy!

I collect the calendar series from the Mint of Poland. The Slavic Calendar was nowhere to be found. Okay, in Ukraine (no delivery to EU) and on eBay where a seller from the USA asked over 1000 dollars for it. I found NumisCollect’ webshop because they had other coins from the Polish Mint for sale. I asked by email if they could deliver the Slavic Calender coin. They contacted their contact person at the Polish Mint and arranged for me to purchase the coin for the issue price. I was amazed. NumisCollect has made an extra effort for me and offers the coin for the normal price. Communication goes via email, sometimes it took some time to receive an answer but the communication was always customer-friendly and correct. I received my coins perfectly packaged and without shipping costs so I am a happy customer, happy with the purchase of some beautiful coins and I highly recommend shipping at NumisCollect.

Bought several pieces of Cook Islands coins. Arrived in in two shipments. Two coins was pre-order and they got delayed at the mint. NumisCollect on their own cost shipped in two shipments. Perfect service! Next order for a hard to get Palau Tiffany coin already done and was shipped two days after my payment. I just wanted to share this as I was hesitant a bit but they got themselves a new regular client.

Very happy with this seller! I pre-ordered the Black Panter coin which was a bit delayed jn the end, but very clear communication about the ETA. Received it well after release. Recommended!

Everything that is written about them on the Internet is true, I do not advise dealing with them.
Got my refund after 2 months only because ,I was lucky enough to pay with PayPal.
Don't buy.
