They just charge without any notification. I dont even know that i was charged until I checked my bank. No email. I only signed up for trial.. and no way to contact them. They refused to refund my money. I did not even use their product cause it was too confusing and hard to use. Not easy as they said in their ads. Also, their support email can only be found if you click to sign trial again which is very misleading. I thought they will recharge my card again, but I gambled to resign in so I can just find their email address.

Fraudulent company, have cancelled their "free trial", account shows subscription cancelled. However I was billed repeatedly for the monthly subscription. No reply from support email account for a refund.
Going to have to report to BBB and FTC for fraud. Have to cancel my credit card as well. Such a pain in the neck!
Save your money and the pain of being robbed monthly with no way of cancelling, they provide an inferior service that a free Claude account does a far better job of (building spreadsheets out).

After the free trial ended, they automatically continued with a yearly subscription without notifying me in any way. This has now happened a second time again, I received no notification and was therefore unaware that the contract was still ongoing. This practice feels very misleading.

I signed up for a free trial with Numerous.ai, thinking I would be able to test the tool before committing to a paid subscription. Unfortunately, once the trial ended, I was charged without any email reminder or notification. I did not use the service after the trial expired.

I contacted customer support immediately to ask for a refund. They responded politely but refused to refund me, stating that no refunds are possible after the trial—even though I had no intention to continue and hadn’t used the service.

As a consumer, I feel this practice is misleading. Many platforms send renewal notices before charging, but Numerous.ai didn’t provide any such warning. I do not recommend this product based on my experience. Be cautious if you sign up.
