My plates are such great quality and I cannot fault the website or experience when reaching out to the business. They were prompt with their response and especially their service. The plates are smart and the options available on their website are great (even the explanations in the FAQs are very informative if there are any concerns with legality). The proof of entitlement was easy to use and shows the professionalism of the business.

I called to get enquire about import plates.
I spoke to a gentleman called Ben.
He was very attentive, knowledgeable genuinely nice guy.
I was absolutely amazed when he offered to drop my plates at a meeting spot as he lived near by.
I ordered the plates at 2pm they were made and hand delivered at 5.30pm. He saved a me a 1 hour round trip, if this aint service i dont know what it! The plates are well made and with everything aligned and perfet and the free fitting kit is amazing! You Definitely have a customer for life and ill be sure to recommend when the opportunity presents. Thank you Number Plate Hub, thank you Ben... Honestly amazing 🙏

Ordered my plates over a week ago now and still haven’t heard a thing from them company have tried to email them and phone them but can’t seem to get through, they say 1/2 days delivery but now has been over a week and still nothing has shown up

I have ordered a set of number plates over a week ago I was given a tracking number that for the past 6 days has told me that royal mail are expecting my parcel still haven't received them and then I now get the cheek of an email to ask how they've done I personally think this is unacceptable and this isn't the first time I've seen a review detailing the same thing so they obviously haven't improved on this issue

Payed for an express delivery (1-2 days) as I needed a plate quickly, 1 day had passed since the estimated delivery date Royal Mail haven’t even received it yet which is odd , i chase them up to find out and I’m told that they’re waiting for the material for my plate and it won’t be ready until next week! Complete waste of time. Didn’t even bother to tell me it wouldn’t be ready for over a week
