At the beginning this breast pump worked really well but unfortunately after two weeks the suction has gone very poor and I'm not getting anything after pumping for 20mins & my breasts full. £108 wasted and I've had to buy a new one.
Not only are their products amazing the company has great customer care. We bought breast pumps way back in Jan but started using in May when our baby arrived. One of the pumps wasn't working as it should've and Amazon gave us no help as its was out of their time frame. Before buying another set, I thought let me email Nuliie. After 15min of unsuccessful troubleshooting over the chat, the guy apologised for it and created a ticket for a replacement. And within 24hrs they sent me a new pair of pumps. No questions asked. I definitely recommend this brand to new parents. Brilliant service.
Extremely helpful company. Purchased the milk warmer from Amazon, which also heats food, and sterilises bottles, and the milk warming function started malfunctioning. I got in touch with Nuliie through their website and they were very helpful and have sent a brand new bottle warmer to us. The milk warmer function is now labelled 24 hrs, but my husband and I are aware of how this product works so it's no issue. Fantastic for thawing frozen food cubes and heating to a safe edible temperature within an hour. Beeps when finished.
