I had some trouble ut got excellent help to complete my request.

Made a mistake and did not see that I had selected the wrong product.As the site codes and covers it in the order.
It actually tries to auto select quaterly fills I’m sure they are a great company my experience was not great at all.
I contacted them after I saw my order was for the wrong program and this was their response.... in other words tough luck order more. It was only after I called them and confronted them did they cancel my order. Attitude and crummy customer service rep basically called me a liar. I would have ordered the correct thing but she was such a bi#ch that I said forget it.

“Hi David, It looks like you Selected the Sermorelin , All orders are chosen by the patient. The physician simply checks your order with your medical information in order to ensure that you are able to do the program you have selected. The doctor does not have access to the order until after it has been submitted. If you were ordering and you saw that Sermorelin was selected during the ordering process that men’s you selected that medication and if you did not want that you would have had to go back and select your medication that you were wanting and not submit the incorrect order. Unfortuntely that order has been submitted to the pharmacy for filling and processing and we are no longer able to make changes to this order.

This service is fast and professional. The doctors check everything and make sure you are ok.

I love working with NuImage. Their online process is very streamlined; ordering and shipping are quick and efficient. I've called in to ask some questions regarding treatment and all my questions/concerns were addressed in a thorough manner. I will be a repeat customer!

This is my second order, the shipment was fast and the ordering was easy. I like that I can use FedEx drop site, so I don't have to be home to sign.

I placed two 46-day orders of the same HCG prescription, each with ZERO refills and both were approved by the doctor. However, what was delivered was two orders in which the 2nd one cannot be used because the Best Use Date (BUD) is a few days apart from the 1st order. The 2nd order should have had a BUD of January 2021 or thereafter. It is obvious that inventory is more important than the patient's health and well-being.
