Karen is uneducatable and does not understand that drone laws and public photography is NOT illegal and she does not control the airspace or public filming. If she hadnt had a hissy fit she would never be the video. Absolutely appalling way to treat a member of the public. The CAA own the airspace. You are NOT in a no fly zone. There is no privacy in a public soace. Shame on you karen.

So disappointed today
So disappointed today, I called the box office to see if I could get a ticket to the away game at Southampton in the cup. The lady on the phone's attitude to me was not good atall. As soon as I said I'm not a season ticket holder her attitude changed. The club is better than that! I may not be a season ticket holder but I have traveled from Exeter to Newcastle and watch them many times. I have supported and been to watch them even in the bad times when we dropped into the championship. Absolutely gutted to be spoken to with an attitude like that by an employee of this amazing club.

Returned several football shirts on 28/11/22 and am still waiting for a refund on 04/01/23. Despite chasing several times my emails have not been acknowledged.
Whether the fault lies directly with the club or with Castore, the customer service is SHOCKING.
Have been a loyal supporter and regular shopper since 1997.

The club shop is a joke you order goods that do not arrive and Castor do not answer emails avoid at all cost
Really bad choice
I have taken corporate all over the uk and a few stadiums abroad. And Newcastle are the worst by a mile. We had a box of 8 for the season, the food is as close to school dinners as you will ever find, the service is very poor on more than one occasion we’ve had guests waiting for a drink for an hour, and we had the full drinks package.
The food was pretty much always cold as the buffet didn’t really work. The choice is pretty much chicken or beef,
The management never come to your box to see if everything is satisfactory.
We’ve had people come drunk in to our box from other boxes and we’ve had to eject them ourselves no security. We’ve had to stop fights in the toilets on more than one occasion. For us it lacked so many things and a poor choice on our behalf, a lot of money for a very poor product.

Pre - takeover, dealing with the club regarding Hospitality was a nightmare! Access not easy, personal contact virtually impossible and generally a chore and unpleasant experience.
Post takeover, it couldn't be more different. I needed some help with changing my booking for the Palace game and therefore tried to contact the Club. I got straight through on the phone and spoke to Scott. This gentleman was friendly and helpful throughout the call. He understood what I wanted straight away and sorted everything, apparently with ease, acting in a courteous and professional manner throughout. This was the kind of experience that I would expect from a Club of Newcastles stature so thank you NUFC for restoring my faith in the Club and to Scott in particular for all his help. Keep up the excellent work that you're doing both on and off the field and good luck for the future.

What an absolute honour it is to be a Newcastle fan. Exciting times if you follow our great club. Second bottom of the premier league and the best supports in the world.

This club how they handle fans and season tickets is a laugh.
Waiting over 1 hour to ask a Q about season tickets is a joke. How many people have they got answering the phones 1?
Still waiting for 2 tickets for a match and bought them over a week ago. The match is in 3 days time and i have to go somewhere on friday and going to the match in the midlands straight from London so if the tickets dont arrive by Friday the cant go to the match. These are a joke.

I give only one star because of the way this takeover has been handled by the EPL they have had no intention of giving this the green light even though they knew it would have benefited not just the Newcastle United but the place itself and people who reside in Newcastle. Hope of jobs and prosperity for Newcastle.
I personally believe EPL have been CORRUPTED through the takeover and should be ashamed of themselves not giving any reason or response to the fans of NUFC proves to me personally that they have no excusable reason to refuse The takeover hence the “SILENCE “. I hope the Takeover goes ahead with or without the EPL everything that comes before them on the table and meets the guidelines required should NOT be influenced by outside forces but on its own merit 17 weeks and STILL nothing from them absolutely disgusted with the corruption within
