My daughter has a 1:1 session with Katherine once a week. These sessions have been invaluable. Katherine is kind and gentle and is the perfect match for my daughter. My daughter is neurodivergent and really struggles with school leading, in the past to complete burnout. Nudge is such a fantastic provision and I am so grateful for the support that is being given. Communication is great and nudge work hard to come up with a plan that suites our daughter and us as a family!

The first worker didn’t supervise my daughter. She allowed her to paint in my house and it was all over my daughter from head to toe and all over my carpet I had to scrub my carpet to get paint out. They also didn’t supervise my daughter in the park they were to interested in their phone. Second worker came out I thought she was lovely but today social services rang me saying worker had concerns over my daughters hygiene and that she smelled and her clothing was dirty. She wears pyjamas all the time as she’s sensitive to clothing she doesn’t even like socks even in freezing temperatures. Apparently my house was a mess to. I can’t Hoover when my daughter is around as she doesn’t like the noise of the Hoover. So when the worker took my daughter out to the shop I hoovered. Even then it wasn’t as if there was rats or bugs anywhere that they could complain about. It’s my house not theirs. The worker only met my daughter once.when the initial nudge assessment was done to find a worker I told the person that my daughter wears pyjamas and my daughter also told her. I know they were concerned which is fair enough they’re just doing their jobs but they are supposed to inform me they’ve reported us. The day the worker came I was getting carpets fitted the next day. But that still doesn’t mean my child is at risk. So I’m informing school on Monday that I don’t want nudge back. 😡😡

Nudge took time to get to know my daughter so as to match her with a tutor who is able to work with her. My daughter's tutor is fantastic and has really helped her achieve goals and to feel positive again

We have had nudge education for over a year now and I am more than grateful for there support. At 1st it was a challenge getting the right person for my child as he find it hard to bond but when we met Andrew everything fel into place he has never let my child down he is very consistent and goes above and beyond to support. My child's confidence has tripled he now leaves the house he has a future to look forward to. He has also gone from 3 2 1 staff to now just him and Andrew:) It's the only brake I get from my child and just knowing he is safe and having fun gives me the time to relax I am ever so grateful and will be really sad when it has to come to a end but if they can change our life like they have I no there will be some happy familys thank you katie.

I was a SEN caseworker at Waltham Forest and had to lean on nudge education's support a lot as they could support in a wide range of ways. I had a lot of success stories and comments from parents and educational settings that voiced their praise of Nudge's level of support and flexibility and I'd recommend them to other local authorities and families who's son or daughter may flourish under their support.

Absolutely invaluable resource. Our son has been out of education due to no one being able to meet his needs. Nudge have come to our house and lives and started him on his journey of independence and education. Our tutor was fantastic with him, incredibly intuitive and understanding resulting in a trusted bond in a very short space of time. He now has a position at school and is thriving, I believe, due to the solid foundations created by our Nudge tutor. Thank you!

Nudge have been fantastic son Has made so much progress from being out of school for 3 years to to doing 3 full days a week they have helped him overcome so much and I'm truly grateful to them we will muss his tutor so much

Where would my young man be without Nudge? I really do dread to think!

I approached Nudge over two years ago when as a result of unmet needs my young man; then at the start of year 9 began school refusing. Not as a result of Covid restrictions to learning but mainly as a result of his unmet needs & frustration at the lack of expertise to recognise & meet those needs.

Nudge were so approachable from the very first phone call. I contacted them following an online search.

I had no idea other than shown on their website as to what they did or if they would consider the child of a parent/carer?

Nudge have been from the start absolute Game Changers for us in far more ways than I could ever have hoped or dreamed for.

Nudge have lived experience as many of their employees are adopters or foster carers. They know what raising a child with complex support needs is. For once I didn't need to explain or qualify.
They were so supportive & encouraging during my initial phone call.
Nudge continue to provide a can do, no child is beyond reach ethos that is frankly unique in my experience of SEN. Nudge have remained consistently supportive . Now following two years of Michelles engaging specialist expertise, has returned my young man enthusiastically back into full education.
Michelles flexible weekly support times have enabled my young man & Michelle to attend college & sixth form open evenings together. This provided positive after school social education experiences. Nudge have opened my young mans eyes to gain aspiration's & ambitions to enrol at college & he is now studying 3 A Level Sciences full time.

Nudge fully supported him throughout his GCSE's and supported his revision as well as assisting him to organise his revision into manageable times when he could focus. Michelle will continue to support him in & throughout college. My young man says he trusts & feels supported by his fantastic consistent Nudge specialist support expert Michelle in a way no one else has ever reached him. Over two years they have built up a wonderful partnership together. The Nudge team genuinely educate, engage, train, back & support us; helping my young man reach destinations we once believed impossible & prohibative. Achievements gained resulting from Nudge involvement continue to be truly inspiring & humbling throughout. We can't imagine life without their always available support.

We were at a loss for our child. Her school had really let her down and there seemed no way forward. NUDGE has been able to turn our child around and give her the right level of enthusiasm and sense of achievement to go forward and take on the challenges at her soon to be new specialist school. I have no trouble in thanking our 'tutor' Rachel for engaging with our child. Without her dedicated and enthusiastic engagement with our child, we do not know how we would have moved forward. Thank you.

I just want to say a massive thank you to nudge education. You were ther for my son when everyone else was failing him . Thanks to you he has found the confidence he needed to go on to his new school. I will highly recommend you to anyone who is struggling in education. Thanks again.

From the off this company has been very genuine, open, honest and reliable. There is always someone at the end of the phone if needed, the support is amazing. The work is outstanding, children that once dropped off the radar are finally being given a chance. I have never loved a job so much!

NUDGE supported one of our students and to say they were one of our hardest children to date is an understatement. However with their support this amazing child has learnt so much about themselves and has made so much progress. The onboarding so far, has been a very smooth process.
I am impressed with the professionalism of all staff and the availability of an on-line social circle and awareness session for discussion about the role.

I have been really impressed so far with Nudge and Nicole's professionalism. Looking forward to whatever the future brings.

When I read the job advert for Nudge, I really didn't believe they could be a genuine company! Their ethos and philosophy fit so exactly with my own, and it turns out they truly value each person as an individual, both staff members and the young people they work with. I love working for them as each young person and their needs really are the centre of everything you do. Unlike in many schools nowadays there is no pointless box ticking, rather there is encouragement to think outside the box. Their aim is to help each young person know they really do have 'a life worth living,' and by putting each young person and their unique needs at the centre of everything I would say this is an aim that is usually successful.

My experience with Nudge has to be the best so far. Granted there are challenges, but meeting a diverse array of people and contributing towards their self-development is rewarding in itself. The staff are incredibly supportive and more than happy to offer advice, making you feel valued. The warm culture also cultivates our talents, by offering training programs and other opportunities to help enhance the business. Overall, I have had a remarkably pleasant experience and would encourage anyone who wants to be challenged in a nurturing environment to join (provided there are vacancies).

What a fantastic place. From the CEO to the tutors on the ground. All are so passionate about the shared goal of leaving no child behind and everyone strives to eradicate chronic disengagement. As an Education expert you never feel alone and if you have a bad day there are fantastic case mangers on hand to support you.

My experience of working for Nudge is excellent. When applying to work for them I did some research with regards to the company I felt that this was organisation that I wanted work with. They think outside the box when it comes to education in fact there is know box just potential.
