Great contact staff but organisation awful . queries passed to other departments. Dont hear back. No interest in escalating a problem in order to find a solution. Entire company is dumbed down, AJ Bell could teach them customer service. sweet promises of customer care on recorded messages are empty

I am writing in response to your reply dated 27 January 2026. I responded at the time, but have not received any further communication.

To clarify, I first raised my concerns via email in March 2025 and did not receive a response. After an extended period without any communication following the completed purchase, I left a review on Trustpilot.

When I contacted you about the dresses, I was informed that the originals were no longer available and was offered a remake. I proceeded based on my prior positive experience, understanding this to be a standard paid order, not a favour.

While I selected the patterns, the fabric type was not specified. The dresses I received differ significantly from my previous purchases. The fabric is rougher and less stretchy, and the fit is inconsistent—one dress is tight around the arms while the other fits better. As a result, I have not worn them. I am able to make a direct comparison, as I still own several original dresses.

You stated that you offered a return and refund; however, I did not receive any such communication. You also mentioned attempting to contact me regarding a discount, but again, I received nothing. Given that Instagram was our primary communication channel during the order process, I would reasonably expect you to have used it to ensure I received your messages.

At this stage, I am seeking a clear resolution to this matter. Please confirm how you intend to proceed.

I ordered two dresses that were supposed to be slightly larger than the size Small I had previously ordered, but they turned out to be tight. The fabric is polyester, which I consider to be of low quality. As a result, I am unable to wear them because of the size and the discomfort caused by the fabric. I also paid a significant amount for shipping.

When I contacted Nucleus about these issues, I received no response.

Nicole was so quick and kind in her response to me when I asked for urgent help to get two dresses delivered for a bridesmaids outfit. The dresses that arrived had a lovely fit, fall and feel to them. I felt elegant on the day!

Very good quality. Customer service is excellent they went so far as to make me a custom piece for something I saw on there website and it came PERFECT! I’m definitely buying something again next week. 🌟 also very quick delivery.

I love this brand. I have bought from them for over 10 years. The material and sewing is always of excellent quality. From casual pants to floating romantic dresses, it's always a pleasure to wear. They also get back to you quickly when you have a query.
